This is what a real turnaround looks like. No more hiding and sugar coating. Everything is laid out on the table warts and all.

Below are the encouraging statements you can take away. It's important to note this team are mindful of the effects this is all having on its shareholders. I am more confident by the year end report that they will turn Versarien around to become a global leader in graphene products via its IP.

1. Just prior to the AGM last year we employed the expertise of turnaround specialist David Stone and he has continued to work with us since then. Whilst shareholders will rightly question whether any turnaround has been achieved, the Board is confident that the Company's IP and technology is commercially attractive. This is reflected in the increasing number of opportunities the Company is seeing and the goal of profitability is looking ever more achievable. Our current projections are suggesting that this will be in the second half of next year.

2. Notwithstanding these challenges, I wish to reassure shareholders that we continue to do all we can to progress the Company and are encouraged by the opportunities our newly appointed CEO has provided through determination and hard work.

3.Whilst the Company still faces a number of macro-economic challenges, we are confident that there are strong commercial and R&D pipelines, including technology licensing opportunities that give us confidence that we can improve the Company's position and deliver a bright future.

4. Our pipeline of opportunities continues to strengthen which gives us increased confidence as we seek to achieve profitability from our reduced cost base. We are seeing more opportunities for our CementeneTM product in particular from which we hope to secure ongoing revenue. We look forward to reporting further progress in due course.

Complete and utter disaster lmfao. Worst set of results I've seen for a long time.. Hardly any revenue from graphene 0.24m won't cover the bill for electric. Huge losses and write downs. About time this went into admin

sj - Given the 31st is a Bank Holiday it's at the discretion of the FCA if they would allow the 01/04/2024. Having said that I do expect them to be released either later today or before close of play tomorrow.

Can't think of a reason why they would be suspended. The interims to 31/03/23 were released on 09/06/23 so they know what the half year results are so we are only talking about from 01/04/23 - 30/09/23. They issued the unaudited finals on 20/12/23.

It's not a question of finance because they've just raised £615k and another £604k is expected by 31/07/24 as a result of the Korean business sale.

Things that can cause a delay when everything else appears normal is the need to restate previous years accounts.
