PWhite - because we were all (very much including me) caught up in the euphoria and greed. After all, VRS were being included in Downing Street trips to China! MOUs are meant to be binding! Perhaps one day the truth will come out. I suspect it would shock even the most disillusioned cynic...

'Commercial traction'. Right. What ever happened to the 'mind-blowing' opportunities in China? What ever happened to all those dozens of MOUs, LOI? Come to that, whatever happened to those 'armies of lawyers', locked in rooms dotting i's and crossing t's? Maybe they're still there...

They have no authority to raise funds until the AGM on 30/04/2024. They've just raised £615k and another £604k is due from MCK Tech by 31/07/2024

The next raise will be higher than 0.125p. If it is not then I will hold my hands up and admit that I too called this wrong and got suckered in. At this stage in their commercial traction if the raises are lower than the previous one then there is no point in investing here irrespective of what progress they make.

As part of our recent announcement regarding technology licencing, over the last 2 weeks we've been hosting Montana Química's Research Development & Innovation Specialist Fernando Menegatti de Melo.

During his time with us, Fernando had the invaluable opportunity to immerse himself in Versarien® plc's world-class graphene manufacturing and application development processes. From hands-on training sessions at our Gloucestershire HQ to shadowing our scientists based at the Cambridge Graphene Centre (CGC), Fernando gained deep insights into our operations.

During the visit, Fernando was also able to meet Prof. Andrea Ferrari and researchers at the CGC as well as some of our current customers and collaborators.

We're excited about the possibilities that will emerge through future collaborations with Montana Química and other industry leaders. Here's to pushing the boundaries of possibility and shaping the future of graphene technology together!
