I can accept that as an interpretation.

So moving forward from here companies like First Graphene or your Concrene are not competitors of VRS yet because the starting pistol has not been fired.

I thought I'd made this clear throughout my numerous postings when I partially exonerated NR for the demise of VRS and its share price because there was no graphene market for him to sell VRS products into so he effectively had to make up MOUs, LOIs and JVs to keep the company afloat.

With net zero a global target the market for VRS is now more favourable.

Other players in the same market does not automatically make them competitors if the market has no commercial value.

Every university in the world would have a materials faculty working with graphene as a base for a variety of materials.

As it stands there is no real graphene cement market so no company is stealing a march on any other company.

When the government stipulates to construction companies that the new 50 mile stretch of the M123 and A456 must be built with a low carbon add admixture to concrete that's when the competition starts.

Those that are already working with construction companies like VRS are at an advantage to those who aren't but nobody is winning business over anybody yet.

PW, I will, for now, leave aside the assumptions in your response post, and ask:1 If, as you say you were"already aware" of Concrene Ltd, why did you post here repeatedly that VRS "have no competitors" for Cementene? 2. Are there any more competitors you are aware of, but have not disclosed?I ask this as I made a quick google search for Graphene cement additive competitors and clicked on the first one that arose, and so there could be more, which I have not yet found...

I am already aware of them and it would not be unreasonable to suggest the company has made no material traction in the graphene admixture market despite the claims on their website.

You will note from their website they are in fact a UK registered company and has only one director.



You will also note from their website the following:-

"The nanotechnology company behind Concrene® owns the only portfolio of granted patents that protect the invention of applying graphene in concrete in the US, EU and Canada."

Now I wonder who that nanotechnology company might be?.

I said I would give guidance here and I will. Stay in the light.

I thought you would at least look them up, before attempting to trot out your no competitors for VRS’s Cementene line!

Concrene Ltd were formed in 2018.

See their website for lots including photos of trucks in Canada using it.

zydecoco - There are no competitors at the moment. The graphene cement companies that you could argue have some sort of advantage are those that have found major construction companies to trial and test their product, VRS is one of them.

What is certain is that the UK government and EU will not permit new major construction projects like roads and buildings without some form of low carbon admixture. When you think of the rebuilding of Ukraine when hostilities with Russia stop you get some idea of the market that's out there for low carbon admixture companies.

Certainly not on yours. How can that be bad for Vrs? Ours has been around for 3 years in the gym and other sites. It's progressing well.
