28/3/2024 13:17 | PWhite73 'I still support them. It's not a new management team they need its specialists in company rescues. They have one of the very best in Prompt Strategies.' Now that is not true is it? You have someone like EY with a presence in 150 countries and with huge investor networks and case studies, and then you have David and Gillian at Prompt working from their house with a few sketchy good news stories including the identification of a brew house move. The facts are there for all to see on the Versarien turn around. It has not worked and it is not working. Having faith is great and I have faith in the technology but no one knows the future so we have to go on the past and now for the projection and it all points to a much needed change. | 1manchild

28/3/2024 12:24 | I know many of you long term bears was hoping there would no results issued today leading to suspension on Tuesday. You were all sorely disappointed to see the results out this morning. But I did tell they would be out and covered all the reasons why. Speak Later - Exhausted | pwhite73
28/3/2024 12:06 | 1retirement - "Graphene revenues going from over £2m to just over 250k, is NOT commercial traction." "Versarien has supervised researchers as part of the Digital Roads of the Future project led by National Highways and Costain, housed at the University of Cambridge and is proud to be part of the Advisory Board of the Roads Research Alliance alongside the 20+ other founder members." The £2 million came from the Digital Roads project. The project has now ended. The government wants future roads to be built with sensors that send back real time information to National Highways and local authorities. Construction companies will no longer be able to build roads without real time monitoring. Versarien has also been instrumental in local authority pothole repairs where graphene with sensors are used to send information back to local authorities so in future they repair roads before a huge gap appears in them. More contracts will come from the Digital Roads project. | pwhite73

28/3/2024 11:32 | Who else thinks senior mgmt should be paid AT LEAST 50% of their salary in VRS shares? Let them join the VRS family! | bbmsionlypostafter mk2
28/3/2024 11:30 | They have one of the very best in Prompt Strategies. God, how I love this ADVFN BB. | bbmsionlypostafter mk2

28/3/2024 10:35 | 1retirement - It won't happen here because BIDS was attempting to break into the multi-billion pound gaming advertising market that already has established global players like :- 1 Sony Interactive Entertainment United States, Japan Increase $26.9 billion [4] 2 Tencent Interactive Entertainment China Decrease $25.5 billion [5] 3 Microsoft Gaming United States Increase $25.1 billion [6] 4 Nintendo Japan Decrease $13.9 billion [7] 5 NetEase Games China Increase $11.5 billion [8] 6 Electronic Arts United States Increase $7.4 billion [9] 7 Epic Games United States Increase $5.8 billion [10] 8 Take-Two Interactive United States Increase $5.3 billion [11] 9 MiHoYo China Increase $3.8 billion [12] 10 Embracer Group Sweden Increase $3.5 billion [13] 11 Roblox Corporation United States Increase $2.8 billion [14]. Graphene is a new and growing market where there are no established global players as yet. So long as VRS are making commercial traction the MM will be happy to fund them. At the moment the stock is being passed onto PIs but shortly it is my opinion other more serious investors will take an interest. I read somewhere after water concrete is the most used substance. If Cemetene cuts into this market it will be a major breakthrough for the company. | pwhite73
28/3/2024 10:35 | Bonus as I will write in sentences and punctuation today from a keyboard. And there you have it. And lets forget the share price for a minute as that was bad when NR was in charge and has got worse since he left which is a fact. Turnaround strategy has given us nothing but a sale of the Korean business for pence but no sale of Carbide and Cyroma despite having over a year to do it. CFO has not taken a pay cut as promised - and dont tell us it is decided by the Remco as you can refuse to take it and show at least a bit of respect. £200k worth of graphene sales - a decrease of £2m - gross margin down. More 'opportunities' talk and no delivery - same as it has always been. No real talk of both the actual and projected revenues of the deals done in Brazil and Korea, yet we are told about the grants, so the deals must be smaller than this. Chair states 'we have no alternative but to continue to raise equity funds from the stock market' when there are lots of other alternatives out there such as getting in a team which can attract investors. The construction news is now ancient history and will be a fossil on the A30 soon. USA and China gone. Lets be honest for a minute. This is not a good report is it? Those of us invested are hanging our balls on cementene getting commercial traction within the green space. As it stands if this was a game of poker then we are all in with other in the game with better hands. I keep saying it and I will say it again if you cannot see it this time you need medicine as this company needs a brand new management. We need a real turn around where we see delivery after 6 months and not nothing after 12 months plus. This is shocking and the people running it need to move aside as they have had more than a chance and have failed. I am embarrassed for them yet some still support them. | 1manchild

28/3/2024 10:03 | Goodwill impairment Development cost impairment Patent and trademarks impairment Tangible asset impairment Deferred income related to development cost impairment And soon - Company Impairment. That was all down to the previous smoke and mirror impairments. I recall that some had warned of all the make believe. Cannot for the life of me remember who it was. | kemche
