21/3/2024 16:08 | I said on or by next Friday for the year end results. Next Friday is Good Friday so the deadline is Thursday 28th. Fingers crossed for some positive news. | pwhite73
21/3/2024 15:58 | Looking for a good reversal next week or so! | maverickps123
21/3/2024 15:15 | PWhite gave the true summary of this mess; maybe telling the zombies they will lose it all ?: "Furthermore it can be difficult for a microcap company to be taken seriously and this can hinder business prospects. If your company is capitalised at only £1.8 million others businesses stay away as you're nothing but a 'bust tomorrow outfit' and you have little to no clout when negotiating deals." | fuji99
21/3/2024 14:49 | "never had the chance to buy at the placing price and I doubt if they ever will." Very soon! | kemche
21/3/2024 14:30 | Low trading volumes and long periods between trades. It does appear the dust has settled after yesterday. Results are due on or before next Friday so I'm expecting a lift up before then barring any unforeseen bad news. Following on I expect to read of more licencing agreements. This was encouraging from yesterday. RNS 20/03/24 - "..and will assist in laying the foundations for us to implement a longer-term strategy for the business. We look forward to providing further updates in due course." The CEO is aware that although double digit discount placings finance the company in the short term they destroy the market cap and shareholder confidence therefore a potential threat to the company's very existence. I am convinced this team want to make a go of Versarian as a commercial business and to do so they will need economy of scale, meaning the company physically growing in market capitalisation. This is a necessity to address the outstanding debts to Innovate UK and Santander. If for example the company was capitalised at £40 million they could easily issue £8 million of shares (20% of the equity) to settle Innovate and Santander. Furthermore it can be difficult for a microcap company to be taken seriously and this can hinder business prospects. If your company is capitalised at only £1.8 million others businesses stay away as you're nothing but a 'bust tomorrow outfit' and you have little to no clout when negotiating deals. | pwhite73
21/3/2024 08:02 | You are desperate | hamidahamida
20/3/2024 21:56 | Yep about 45m is 3 percent ... need a few more to get there lol :-)) | squire007
20/3/2024 19:44 | 55,900,000 shares bought/sold after hours. Mm activity? | verger
20/3/2024 18:15 | No notifiable holding yet? I have lost track! Is 45 million shares the threshold for notification? | verger
20/3/2024 17:42 | You'd better hurry up. 11 and 28 million buys after hours. It won't stay down here for much longer. | pwhite73
20/3/2024 17:16 | I will still buy. April showers will bring the news. | fireball xl5
20/3/2024 16:06 | Let's talk about the so called "IP's". Did they patent any of these ground breaking wonders ? Did any of those companies who supposedly tested the multicolour powder conclude anything for the last 10 years ? What's the meaning of "IP" if the Property has no Intellectual content nor benefit ? Theory without practice is sterile. | fuji99
20/3/2024 16:05 | Meanwhile… Versarien® plc @versarien · 1h @versarien scientists Dr Daniele Annicchiarico and Dr David Reinoso Arenas are at today's @UKConcreteShow at the NEC in Birmingham, on the lookout for the latest innovations and technologies as well as catching up with some existing collaborators. 🏗️ #cementene #3dcp #innovation | verger
20/3/2024 14:08 | Fireball XL5 - It really doesn't matter when you buy so long as you get in before the next positive RNS. The results are due out on or before next Friday when there should be an update on Cementene. I'm not expecting any bad news in the results as the company has already given us the unaudited figures. RNS 20/12/23 - "The FY23 financial highlights, subject to audit, are expected to be as follows:" · Group revenues of £5.45m (2022: 18-month period £11.11m) · *Adjusted LBITDA of £3.03m (2022: 18-month period £2.40m) · H2 Adjusted LBITDA of £1.02m compared to H1 of £2.01m · Asset impairments of £7.5m treated as an exceptional item (30 September 2022: £1.33m) | pwhite73
20/3/2024 14:02 | Festario - His holding was 6% before he resigned. At one point he would have held a 100% of the shares before it was listed. How far back do you want to go?. | pwhite73
20/3/2024 14:01 | Why? You'll likely be able to buy at the lows and lower soon enough. | 1retirement
20/3/2024 13:51 | Who recalls SG1's "NR is a giver and not a taker"? Shareholders' raw ringpieces are a testament to this. I wonder if the graphene wax would have helped? Maybe the collection of Wogers can answer the question? A cartoon possibly? | kemche
20/3/2024 13:43 | Haven't bought since the lows, decided to wait until this occurred. | fireball xl5
20/3/2024 13:20 | MarcAndrew - When there is a placing you don't want to read that directors have participated because this means there will be no company changing news that they are aware of for at least 30 days. Furthermore the year is 2024 not 1994. The old adage "he's got skin in the game" is totally meaningless when it comes to director shareholdings in AIM stocks. NR had 6% in VRS and was none the worse off for it. What counts from here on is commercial news. | pwhite73 |
