RNS is usually issued for material events. In VRS's case £25k IS material.

Tells you everything you need to know.

Add that to the PODS, wax, pellicles, size 7s, bonnets, sidings, arches, jeggings etc and you have a thriving business.

But first the fundraising. Of course.

Suddenly, before closing shop, the "deals" at 25k each come out of their hat as rabbits... Even if true, what can 25k change to the empty house of dead dogs and deception ?

Suddenly there is an "agreement" for 25k out of the hat as a rabbit. These "deals" are probably kept to help zombies in their deep sleep for the "rainy days" of course as time is running out. I never take seriously any "RNS" or "news" coming from that house of dead dogs and deception.

When's the placing?

I'm guessing right around the same time as the results.

The company will be BUST before it gets a penny, and they know it. Unless another placing gives it another lifeline long enough to get a dribble of the agreement.

There's life in this. Confidence in taking out 5 year licensing terms. The old cadaver is positively wriggling.

Topped up. This licensing model is definitely the way forward. A few more of these and this market cap will look a steal.

The size of the deal is unimportant at this stage. What is of paramount importance is a new user of their IP. £25,000 is nothing but when you have a 100 customers with no manufacturing costs that is £2.5 million per year going straight to the bottom line.

This is the turnaround strategy and traction I have given guidance on for the last year that is now beginning to bear fruit. More licenced deals will be announced in due course.
