20/3/2024 11:12 | zydecco - I can't guarantee anything or accurately predict any time lines for recovery. The placing announced today was at 0.125p. The bid currently stands at 0.14p so PIs have never had the chance to buy at the placing price and I doubt if they ever will. As posted earlier I believe there is sufficient interest in low carbon emissions and graphene for the share price to continue on its upward trajectory barring any unforeseen circumstances. There are so many areas in which graphene is being applied to now. A few years back VRS entered into a collaboration with Enso Tyres to produce graphene tyres. Nothing has been heard about the deal since. This is what Levidian a company that VRS work with announced today. Date: 20th March 2024 "UK fleets could save over £300m annually with graphene-enhanced truck tyres, says Levidian" | pwhite73

20/3/2024 10:55 | hamidahamida - "Correct me if I’m wrong but this Bargepole is Drowning in Debt GBP 5 million owed to Innovate UK and GBP3 million owed to Santander." You are wrong. There is debt and there is drowning in debt. As far as I'm aware VRS is not required to make any payments to either Innovate or Santander to stave of administration. Both have security over all the assets. Innovate debt is due February 2025 I believe. VRS has a good relationship with the Department of Business (trip to Texas) so I expect this debt to be extended into 2027. Santander are a bank so unless they have an intention to run a graphene business there is no point in putting the company into administration. VRS are having difficulty enough selling their own mature businesses let alone with the additional expenses of an administrator. Innovate UK and Santander can only get their money back when VRS becomes a profitable business. Any action by either party before that date results in permanent losses for everybody. | pwhite73
20/3/2024 10:38 | You mean 20.36pm sometime in September more like. | dil 21

20/3/2024 10:13 | "will assist in laying the foundations for us to implement a longer-term strategy for the business." Have the bleedin foundations not been laid already??? When TF will the house be built? Obviously the will require money for the bricks and stuff first. But then whoosh! I give it until the end of September 2036. | kemche

20/3/2024 09:43 | Zen12 - "PIs were paying over 0.26p just yesterday." If they hold they will get their money back shortly and even quicker if they top up. There is just too much interest in low carbon emission and graphene for the share price to be going backwards from here or even standing still. News will come shortly with the further commercialisation of their IPs, joint ventures, the sale of the mature businesses and also NR's £21k per month has now come to an end. Key to all of this is the CEO Dr Stephen Hodge who is highly respected in the graphene business. | pwhite73
