Phoenix, were people at any of those events requested not to say anything about what they had discussed?Was the selection and invitation process fair and open?It's not the same thing, not to me at least.

Including BIDs CEO who said in interview he communicates by phone email and snapchat to investors. I didn't comment about that as it's perfectly normal. Draper is proven to lie but there was nothing to be made of that.

Nomads remove info all the time form news saying it's not material but then also don't want it said. It either has to be said oil it doesn't you can't have it both ways, if removed as not material then it's free to be discussed.



There is no inside info, I certainly don't know of anything that would amount to inside info. Inside info is news that would amount to a material move in the SP, aka price sensitive. Not signing something as yet isn't, it's all in news.

I cannot see any problem at all. Neill has had investor chats in the past with numerous shareholders in smallish groups answering all sorts of questions but never giving away sensitive information which would have required an RNS. What does one think is said when Neill meets potential investors? It is the sort of every day happening for numerous CEOs of public companies.

Got to be a fund raise going on Bids 8p or less. Once the fund raise roadshow gets going it WILL leak. £8 mill plus is my bet, 8p or less.

If Primarybid get involved MMs will forward sell and stick in their bid for stock to replace it. They will know the raise is in play. That's how the city works.

The problem is, I only have a few facts on which to make my decision.The report is in the public domain, and The TW report of the Discord chat group contains several names of regular posters on this board. Therefore if it wasn't genuine, one of you would have said so.However, after two days, no one has.I'll say again, if the report is fabricated, then the author is risking a hefty legal penalty.But if it's genuine, then it's a serious matter for VRS management.Because I'm unsure, I must act to preserve my family's capital, or what's left of it.
