Rathean I'm agreeing with you one one thing What is the attraction here for those that don't hold shares - spread bets?That means that the truth would always be distorted to benefit the spread betters. Then again it doesn't even matter if it's true to them.I also look and see what other shares they spread mistruths on and that's an eye opener too as some only post about one share I know nooothing

No sales, no revs, no contracts, no Chinese, no nothing, but on the other hand, lots of BS, hot air, nods, winks, hints & innuendo & now VRS's nomad is once again placed in a difficult spot only a few mths. after the last time.

@schmally in that discord group Neill (if it is him) makes a direct libelous accusation about me being a failed businessman. I'd like to see a shred of evidence that that is true. It is a blatant lie. I guess you can decide for yourself what other lies he's also told.

Why is it we always just get drama, waffle and excuses from Neill? A proper company valued at £170m would just get on with bringing home the bacon not take part in private online chat groups making silly untrue accusations.

I have however seen PI's rebuked for naively asking questions that cannot, have not and will not be answered because of just that concern.

You are pretending you have seen something that does not exist which is of course the only thing you have left to throw at VRS. Lies and deceit.

Who do you trust?It's an easy answer for me - the management team I've met many times now, not the well known names on these BBS who have a proclivity for mud flinging.Clearly this has become very personal for TW as VRS has failed to capitulate and despite his assertions, remains "unscalped".

I see Tom W has called Neill out and reported him to AIM regs and the NOMAD for posting on a private "discord" group (whatever that is) all sorts of nonsense.



In summary Neill (if it is him as we don't really know do we) has attempted to explain why the BIGT deal has not completed - using the old excuse "It's got bigger" and then had a pop at a few bears calling them liars and telling people to ignore them.

Neill's excuses seem pretty lame to me but there's also what looks like plenty of price sensitive info in there that should have been discharged via an RNS rather than updated to a select few.

He also asks people not to quote him as saying these things online (no doubt hoping they will).

Why do bulls think it is OK for the CEO to communicate in a private chat group in this way? If there is information about VRS to be disclosed shouldn't everyone get to hear it in a uniform regulated way via an RNS?

Corporate governance absolutely tickety boo at VRS. No issues whatsoever.



Last year I forced Versarien (VRS) to issue a clarifying RNS after Neill Ricketts made unverified and it seems untrue claims on twitter. Nomad Bobbie Hilliam at Canaccord read Ricketts the riot act and his twitter outpourings have been greatly diminished. But I can reveal that he has a new conduit on a private chat group on Discord. I doubt his Nomad or AIM Regulation are aware of it but thanks to Winnileaks they will be soon and will be horrified as I have a series of screenshots to share.....

I'd already left schmally - please don't think i'm leaving due to any intimidation or bullying or shaming or anything else posted by you. But since you mention me, i'll reply.

I don't know loglorry or care or have even read what he posts. So agian, your judgement that i am in team log is just cack yet again. Judgement - that's important.

Your posts made me decide i want nothing at all to do with vrs. There are PLENTY more aim companies with stories to be built around, some of which may have good prospects too - i have no idea whether vrs is one of those, and i won't bother to find out. One thing i now know, is that it is a rampers' share (again, whether you believe me or not, i didn't post here iitially with that view, it's newly acquired from your posts and the recs they have received. You may suck in influenced pis, but you'll put off any serious potential investors who need to understand the fundamentals and prospects of anything they invest in.

All i'd say is - again, a newly formed view - if anyone is being sucked in here to investigate the underlying prospects of the company, and don't take into account anything existing shareholders say.

bbm, As always I never invest more than I can afford to lose. It's called risk management and ensures I never lose any sleep over my investments.

It's much more preferable than having highly leveraged spread bets which can wipe you out ;)
