I don’t read the posts by CS, but as he seems to be angering many, it sounds like he needs to be reviewed with ideas as mentioned before to assist him in stopping EG messaging his family or otherwise re his posts and concerns.

No idea what he has been saying but this is the norm. He was just the same on PRG with random threats and lies on there.

CS you are mentally ill, if you are not seeking help go and see your doctor. Why risk everything for the sake of outrageous unpleasant public outbursts.

I’m being serious, this isn’t some silly game.

Desist and get help.

Post them here billwave, let us be the judge of your questions and his answers, or do you want us to rely upon your innuendo?

And for the record I've asked Neill personally for clarificatiin of my concerns, I just wasn't at all satisfied by his answers.

So you say you can't say the exact details of personal conversations or emails so why mention the conversation. If you have information pertaining to how VRS are moving forward or not as you seem to believe with regard to Jinan and information ref the 2018 accounts can you clarify. What is it exactly that Neill has said to you about Jinan or the 2018 accounts? I've only seen the published information and make my investment on what I see and believe. Can you back up what you say

So asking for honest unbiased and unmoderated fact and opinion is spreading FUD? Do yourself a favour chaps.

schmally - great contributions, tainted with lashings of your own opinion but isn't all of our input. I look forward to more sensible debate come Monday morning. Keep it real, best wishes.

Rheumking - Absolutely. It is a coordinated attempt to spread FUD. They always appear at the same time taking on different personas, exactly as you describe. The problem is that FUD, by it’s very nature is almost impossible to counter, because it relies upon half fact, lies and innuendo, for them it is an easy game to play, drip, drip, drip.

And another thing. Previously you have derided VRS for its paltry R&D spend, but now you suggest they have spent millions. The reality is that they have leveraged the results of tens of millions of R&D via Uk and Euro funding through universities and GEIC, etc. Plus they are benefitting from ongoing relationships across the scientific community. Absolutely fantastic business acumen in my eyes. They’ve gained IP and knowledge that would otherwise have cost tens of millions, at a tiny fraction of the cost. Well played Ricketts

Oh dear Loggy. You’re letting yourself down again with the gaping gaps in your knowledge. I would suggest you spend some time listening to the presentation posted on here recently where it was explained how difficult it was to gain accreditation. Random Nanene samples meeting spec was only one aspect of a wide ranging accreditation process that includes a range of tests to verify the product can meet consistent quality controls at scale. How can you expect anyone to take you seriously. You’re like a parady account now. Still waiting for answers to my questions

The UK Gov has spent a fortune on Graphene. Pretty much any big wig or politician mentions it whenever they go near Manchester.

UoM who know a lot about Graphene sold the patent for the process for about 200k. One might argue VRS has spent millions in R&D on that since but alas there's nothing in the accounts to verify that.

I'm happy to value the IP at more than it cost plus R&D spent on it if you can show it's value for example the huge sales volumes it drives?

The verification was just a test that nanene meets the nanene spec. We all knew it did anyway.

Leaving it for him to decide what the graphene business is worth .

My thoughts
Any British verified graphene company should do Well .

I’m voting Mark Carney And Neil
Ricketts to decide what the graphene business and the British innovation can be worth .

Mark Carney
A number of the industrial solutions draw on the strengths of UK innovation, from the use of artificial intelligence in energy systems through to potentially advanced materials like graphene. There is a big upside for the UK economy.”

bobsworth - It seems apparent by the nature of your response that you are not able to promote VRS with any positive, relevant and quantifiable facts, and indeed find it easier to vent your frustration by slandering those with an alternative view to your own? Thanks for your input. Have a nice weekend all.

@Forest The thing was when buying at 30p and it dropping back to 15p in market cap terms it wasnt a big deal. The underlying traditional business is arguably worth 10-15p.

The big question is what's the Graphene business worth? It hasn't moved on much in terms of proving a product that can plbe produced and sold since then yet people are paying an 80p premium based largely on Neill's excellent promotional skills.

Forestfred - thank you for your very valid opinion, based on my own experience here I can very much associate with you. Congratulations at gaining an entry point in the 30p-40p range as it at least for now affords you a healthy margin of profit, many current investors are not so fortunate. It is not my intention to directly apportion blame, I have admitted that ultimately the choice to invest is a personal one. I merely prefer to promote facts to be presented in a true, honest and factual manner without the seriously marred effect of highly defensive and biased moderation. Any investment choices that may be influenced are then at least made based on quantifiable facts and realism. If persons feel, like it has been suggested, that airing some points can only lead to fear, uncertainty and doubt then I apologise in advance. But surely it can also lead the way to more factual and possibly confidence building content as well? Best regards.

STOCK BASHING!!!!

As VRS appears to be attracting a lot of attention from our resident Stock Bashers now, I thought it would be helpful and enlightening to remind ourselves why shares like VRS with massive potential get heavily bashed.

Note some, especially the persistent ones, are paid to bash stocks by organisations that either want to buy in shares at a cheaper price or want to achieve a company takeover at a bargain price!

Note our most active resident basher often says the best solution would be for VRS to be bought out!

Note they all have a motive and do not do it for the fun of it! Their aim is to simply get shareholders to sell and to put off new or existing investors from buying!

Note the Bashers who do it for personal gain tend to be short lived whereas the paid ones are more likely to be long term and very persistent.

Lessons for the inexperienced investor:

1. Bashers never bash bad stocks!!!!! You can view the boards for stocks with no potential. You’ll see quickly that those stocks don’t have bashers. Bashers only go after stocks that have gone upwards or have excellent potential to go up further.

2. Bashing gets especially frantic when they think very significant news is imminent.

3. Bashers post many times a day including weekends and become even more active when the share price falls. Their aim is to wear you out, so you sell. They comment on everything, they try to control the board with their negativity. If they seem to be working on this one stock full time, that’s because they are! Even more than full-time – weekends & evenings. Note how many posts a day we are now getting from our resident bashers!!

4. Bashers hiding under username that cannot be traced will lie to your face (or your keyboard) and will even resort to rudeness and verbally attack the company’s CEO & Board. They all have a motive and therefore never trust a basher.

5. Bashers play on your lack of patience. You have held a stock for a while, knowing it will be a big stock someday. The basher can get to you because you are tired of waiting for your gain.

6. The Basher is all about bringing the price down. That is the nature of a basher. The truth is not important; lies and endless doubting are the norm. They are trying to hit the newbies visiting the board for the first time, so they post continuously throughout the day. They are trying to wear out the longs on the board and they will do whatever it takes to do so.

7. Bashers will try to create doubt and get you to research items that they know will lead to the creation of doubt in you and in other stockholders.

What do you do?

Totally ignore them and never respond to them. If you cannot do that then place them on filter. If we all do that then they will quickly go into demise.

Sadly, that often doesn’t happen and therefore they are given a platform to rigorously bash the shares down.

They also know bashing works and will only end when the company finally announces that significant news.

Anyway, goodluck to all VRS Shareholders, stay strong and take heart especially from lessons 1 and 2.
