Having watched the board with interest for several years it appears the shorters travel in packs like hyenas - whether it’s the same person adopting a different persona or a virtual boiler room full of them no one will ever know.
If you look across different companies discussion boards you will see the same types emerge from the same stable.
There is the mad dog character who comes across as not very bright and repeatedly fires off aggressive short comments .
We also have the supposed technical expert -we are lucky enough to have the one who has adopted the name loglorry - Who will cast doubt on the technical and production fundamentals of the company.
And then you have the gentleman shorter in our case bill-Who will claim they are invested in the company but have serious doubts about it and constantly posts a drip drip negative view often in an articulate fashion.
I too have doubts and concerns about the speed of progress and I’m very open to informed and balanced debate on both sides.
But the bottom line is that no one in their right mind invests in a company and then posts a stream of constantly negative comments about it on the bulletin board unless they have the agenda of forcing the share price down.
Neither do you spend hours on a bulletin board looking up technical specifications et cetera of a company which you have no financial interest in beyond the fact that you have shorted their shares.
We each need to make our own informed investment decisions but it’s important that we recognise these characters for what they are and their behaviour speaks volumes

don't listen to the pointless posts about he should have done this by now...he should have done that by now...it has taken the time it has taken...end of.

as has been discussed here many times the building of the company has been done in the right and thourough way.

now is the time we will be seeing large orders...think global.

Relevant to the list of RNS's and collaborations pinned in the header, from post 2253. 1. 20/4/16 -Nanene enhanced battery collaboration with Warwick Manufacturing Group. 30 months since entering into this collaboration. Announcement made on 2nd July 2018 stating significant advances have been made, nothing since, no deals signed, no sales, no orders, appears no notable revenue being produced of any kind.

Any update to the contrary? Can we close this one out or shall we wait until the end of the business day before moving on to number 2? Unmoderated, unbiased, unadulterated facts as they are is all I strive to make common knowledge. Let's get it out there, good or bad.

And I thank you for the use of your thread which has thus far remained not moderated.

...Which is why you can buy in now so cheap. Just one of these deals landing will change the face of the share price. Its also depressed due to brexit, general markets and fear mongering/lying shorters. The share price really presents astonishing value if you know your stuff, as many do not including the city.

Never underestimate your edge here from actually researching and understanding the company. My time horizon points to an share price far in excess of 5 quid.

For those that missed it. From post 2230 - Which one man has made multiple claims, issued vast quantities of rumour and news via social media and performed many interviews with huge quantities of exuberance, all of which combined have affected the share price to their advantage far more than any shorter or naysayer can do. None of what has been claimed via any of these means has proved to be financially beneficial to VRS. Still no orders, still no revenue, not one of the many collaborations come to fruition, not one of the suggested big dates arrived. Just a constant stream of jam tomorrow which has been the case for years.

No-one as yet has come forward with suggestions of who this man could be? Putting it out there again as there is the unclaimed prize of a plastic robot that I will post free of charge to the first person that submits the correct answer.

Billwave, you are clearly an intelligent and articulate individual, but you are also disingenuous. Your agenda is not to save Versarien investors from themselves but to further your own cause by driving the share price down.

The sad fact is that these tactics probably work, to some extent, and engaging with you is damage limitation at best.

Anyway, I thought you had me on filter, or was that another lie?

I don’t think calling out Versariens ability so far to make actual real Graphene sales is unwarranted, nor can it be labelled as an “attack”, whether they hold or not.

Anyone holding Versarien (and believe me I’m one) hopes that what they are doing will bear fruit ultimately, and make its shareholders wealthy.

If VRS makes it to £5 I will have a comfortable retirement.

Until they sign an actual production contract or commercial agreement that brings significant revenue into the company - its just all talk.

Anyone who thinks otherwise is deluding themselves. I hold currently in hope rather than excitement.

I’d consider selling some to buy something else but I don’t have any sure fire winners to replace VRS with, so I’m staying put.

However I’m certainly not buying any more till they’ve proved they are going to make money.

Johnveals - Wrong, why? It is really very simple. I have a particular interest in this share as having had considerable investment here for more than 2 years, I have witnessed first hand and indeed bore the brunt of the unfairness and biased, false representation that this degree of moderation produces. Let's get back to facts shall we, although you have made it apparent that airing facts would not be something that suits your own agenda.

@billwave none of the VRS bulls want the truth they just want promotion, promotion, promtion. That's why they do loop the loops when Neill says "MIND BLOWING" and when Patrick said "#CRUSH". They just want to be told that one day they'll be rich beyond all beleif.

For me a discussion formum is just that. Valution wise VRS is totally whacko. They have not even sold their product (traditional business aside) and so they really don't even have a business yet.

It is a fantastic promotion though so if you are invested for that reason its got merit.
