OT: Advice wanted (from the VRS Agony Aunts).

Every month I donate a small amount of money to several charities. All carry out excellent work in various fields. Tonight I learnt that the CEO of one (Macmillan Cancer Support) have increased the salary of their CEO by £10k pa to between £180k and £190k. I think this is absolutely disgusting. I feel like stopping my payments to the charity in protest but I do appreciate that the charity does excellent work. However other charities also do excellent work and don't pay excessive salaries to executives.
Any thoughts please?

I think all have missed the key point about that jointer link .... namely that Aecom and the arch are directly linked to the London Underground. I have long believed this to be the case but great to see it mentioned.

Yes glad graphene is thin and strong in those true tubes!Referring to that Northern line photo. Line of site obscured by the trains themselves ? But by then , the time the train obscures the line , the info may have passed along?Also info down the line like slow mover ahead is passed back towards the train .

We rigged one up on line of sight over 600 meters above the height of a double decker. Used for VOIP, tills, customer broadband access over two other sites with one line in. Worked flawlessly. Would they be using ZigBee?
