22/8/2019 11:23 | Grabster And start the graphene valley in China, with cash for the UK side to start to beef things up a bit, 30 tonne capacity and so on. On the ink side they will need to up that too but it's only modest investment needed, judging by what Prof Ferrari said for 100,000 litres capability. They were due to go to 65k litres at some point. | ![]() superg1
22/8/2019 11:10 | So BIGT when it happens in the next few weeks will trigger a cascade effect. The deal itself pumps in cash and pumps up credibility, which itself will encourage others to buy Versarien shares. Berenberg active interest kicks in when BIGT happens, bringing onboard their own clients. The market view of all that will trigger wider interest in Versarien shares. Not to mention any Aecom or other order happening within that same timeframe. Sounds good to me. | ![]() grabster
22/8/2019 11:07 | 66Sequoia: in touch with Brian yesterday, linking him up with a Canadian battery tech CEO. Both responded very quickly, job done. Don’t know what if anything will come of that contact but they appeared to have a lot in common including great enthusiasm. A more balanced character than Human Dynamo I think | ![]() shavian

22/8/2019 10:23 | Anyone with a negative view IE short will not want the BIGT deal. Talk is at a premium and 15% . It would mean something like £30 mill cash. That completely wipes out the bent market, scumbags, and nomads dragging the price down, then discounting it for mates. Hence the attempt to up the ante through lies and free access liecasts, desperation at its best. A big slug of cash to take them through the next few years as the big deal starts to drop. | ![]() superg1
22/8/2019 10:18 | Berenberg were at the Aecom day too. I chatted to the guy about some they cover. As mentioned he talked of de-risking like in the case of CWR and £80 mill cash. So on that front I'm sure he has his eyes firmly fixed on the BIGT deal, as that cash for him will materially de-risk the business. | ![]() superg1
22/8/2019 10:10 | Grabster, "Is there some specific facility offered by Berenberg that isn't available via Cannacord Genuity? " --- No, but they will put their clients in the stock, so I expect a rise in volume and price to occur in the near term. | ![]() andy

22/8/2019 09:53 | Re Aecom buying Scaled, a recent Aecom article noted the fact that Aecom are actually gradually divesting themselves of interests in the physical side of construction, and concentrating more on the consultancy side. Best wishes - Spike | ![]() spike_1
22/8/2019 09:46 | Yes hernando, BIGT want some shares and so do the HNW's which will involve more shares being 'placed' but at a premium as discussed . | ![]() luckyorange
22/8/2019 09:45 | We know there is a placing on its way with BIGT! It a long way from the WH Ireland days. | ![]() chillpill
22/8/2019 09:44 | interesting.. is it related to the way in which new incoming HNW and institutional shareholders participate during execution of the BIGT deal? Is there some specific facility offered by Berenberg that isn't available via Cannacord Genuity? Or which rules out CG due to some conflict of interest? | ![]() grabster

22/8/2019 09:26 | I don't think that is nanene that is used in the product but GNP-HP and that is a good thing because the quantities required are going to be huge , 4% loading in this project (not VRS!) We’ve already carried out the synthesis and characterisation of PLA, ABS, PCL and PCL-Diol composites with graphene, which first required graphene synthesis. We used graphite as a precursor and, by means of its oxidation and subsequent chemical reduction, we obtained a Reduced graphene oxide (RGO) with similar properties to graphene. From there on, we synthesised the composites with a load of 4 % in graphene, obtaining materials with apparent homogeneity in all cases,” Dr Soria explains. | ![]() luckyorange |
