14/1/2019 14:46 | CS, read P20 uk gov report. Your impatience ? It's not for me decide, it's your investment. I would say by researching informed opinion, it's possible to gain insight that affords a perspective upon which we can render what is reasonable and what is not. Re mcclaren order. Who is to say? There are timelines to observe regarding multi million £ material investments. Product development can take years. But, we do know, north thin ply (at a composites show interview earlier this year, which i posted) who created the mcclaren watch, said they would happily work with vrs graphene again. No problems with the resin supplied it seems, which i believe i said was reassuring ? The overall point is, vrs are out of the blocks. In a very good position to capitalise. Who wants it first ? Aecom look very keen. All to play for to my mind. Aimo. Best ellis | ![]() ellissj
14/1/2019 14:40 | IMO for VRS to keep every finger in its collaboration pies, it has to invest more to expand, meaning raising cash. You cannot follow up a million actions with a handful of people and a R & D lab. | ![]() fuji99

14/1/2019 14:26 | Club, see BACmono announced Pirelli for an example. Watch the video of the BAC team and Pirelli tyres guy. 18 months working between the two companies and ZERO links rns's interviews then suddenly last Friday a deal to specifically make BACmono tyre grades x 3 types purely for the requirements of 1 superlightweight car. Many would ask why would a huge company like Pirelli be bothered to make tyres for a production line of 3 cars a month - from memory - ? Just wait and a contract to build the next Trump Tower out of graphene concrete could come out of the blue ? Yes jesting , but it is a great example of what we dont know going on behind the scenes. I smell fresh ink... | robinhood69
14/1/2019 14:04 | "We are extremely well placed to commercialise 2D materials through our collabs" that's not my point. My point is to ask why *nothing* has materialised yet. I know these things take time, but some of the collabs have been in place for well over a year now - no orders, no follow-on deals announced, no nothing. And McLaren never came back for more, did they, after buying that 1Kg 2 or so years ago? At least not that we've been told. Yes, I'm impatient, I admit it - but that's not a crime. I want to see unambiguous signs of progress - contracts, firm orders, revenues. You put together all the R&D spend in all the sectors VRS has fingers in, and the spending in all those sectors (like the $125bn China rail will be spending) and it comes to tens - probably hundreds - of billions of dollars. In H2 VRS had £5.22m in revenues. I want to see some *hard* evidence that the current yawning gulf between potential/talk and delivery is being closed. If talking got the job done NR would have been deified by now and we'd all be multi-millionaires: but sadly it doesn't... | ![]() club sandwich
14/1/2019 13:56 | Club et al. Pls read this innovate uk gov report - page 20 onwards, to gain an overview of an 'emerging technology' like graphene. It's for the period 2017/18. It's fair to say, VRS has come out of the pack and is ahead of the curve predicted in this report. We are extremely well placed to commercialise 2D materials through our collabs, uk gov connections, massive china interest, our shareholders - UoM and UoC, our relationships with catapults etc. To my mind, now we have the 3T capacity, we have the ways and means. Hard work and great craft of neill and co will do the rest. Aimo. Best ellis "This delivery plan sets out how we will invest around £500 ... under the government's new Industrial Strategy Challenge Fund ...... include quantum technologies, graphene and 2D..." | ![]() ellissj

14/1/2019 12:10 | Churn is churn is churn. All part of the fun on risk/reward growth shares. Milions of shares churned over 10-20p range from when i first bought in 2016. Now churn has been in 110-130p of late. Top slicers, impatient holders, those with one eye on brexit, rebalancers, remaining rump of II's. No games being played i see neither, a straight flatlining from sellers to buyers. All healthy, and makes the next leg up even more exciting for me. Aimo. Best ellis | ![]() ellissj

14/1/2019 11:41 | Hello. The prat is here. I am looking for some crowd funding to send me to Canada where I will no longer be able to use the internet I want to go to live in a log cabin up in Northwesten Territories of Canada with the bears and wolves but I do not have the funds to get there. 14/1/2019 11:39 | squire. chill? I've tried to stay chill for the past year (not always successfully, it must be said). It's about time this company started delivering! EVs. Batteries. Composites. Packaging. Sportswear. Aviation. Space. Graphinks. And on and on... So many fingers in so many pies, and so little revenue from any of it (yet)... Just how long are we supposed to 'chill' for, pray tell? | ![]() club sandwich
