bbc "many more companies making graphene"... but only one company making Nanene. I'm all in with just a bit of my wife's assent, looking forward to the 23rd. Hope this post is not classed as 'emotive noise' I like bit of light banter mixed in with the important and technical stuff makes for easier reading.

So...share price doesn't really matter to you MB? Why are you on a shares website then?Set up an internet page of your own where you can just talk about technology in that case.

What I don't do is spend most of my time cutting and pasting articles from technical journals and websites and pretending they are all relevant to VRS and that "I" have discovered them. Some of what is posted on here is irrelevant, not worth reading and can be confusing.

Thanks for posting scutable ... if folks follow simple rules and block those who don't post research / insights and only talk about the share price, post unrelated rubbish or add "emotive" noise then those you mentioned don't get the airtime and the board becomes a better place.Superg1 - thanks for the Dealing insights on MitonCampeed - will pick up with NR / CL the other 45% who is holding the company sharesSee those attending in Manchester GEIC afternoon session

I take it then that even all those people with wives are "all in" with their wives assent. When I say "my capital" I do mean that of "both" of us which is why we are "both" going to be at GEIC on the 23rd.

scrutable....perhaps you could point me to my "rasping criticism of management" on here and is it essential that we have all started up small innovative businesses from scratch in order to comment?
I have NO criticism of management. I just occasionally wonder why, with the fierce heat of competition some of our big collaborations don't move along faster. It should be enough for people to realise that I do not have the vast wealth that many others on here have, but have had, and still have, around 2/3 of my capital tied up in VRS which is enough of a stement of faith in the company as any can make. How much of what you have is in here?

Just open up bbc iplayer and go back to 8:22 on bbc1 if you want to watch. It was a pretty poor intro to graphene for the audience level imo.

I don't know how many people saw this but a researcher from MoU was on BBC breakfast just now talking about the water filtering properties of graphene. When asked about the cost she said it would have been expensive 10 years ago but now because there are "many more companies MAKING graphene" not so much. MANY MORE COMPANIES? Where? Do even MoU not have a definition for graphene that excludes multi layer OR are we kidding ourselves here?

"Y'all will say that 2018 was about putting the foundations in place - and of course you're right. I'm just surprised that *none* of it has yet started feeding through. It needs to do so, and soon."

Well we are now a whole two weeks into 2019 and nothing to show - disastrous!

There appears to be a considerable amount of buying behind the scenes this morning, now down to just one left on the offer:

2 @ 126 - 3 @ 135
3 @ 125 - 2 @ 136

Agree with you roger, fantastic progress being made at lightning pace, nothing over the last 18 months has dampened my enthusiasm of this company.

The company that I do some work for currently have a product going through certification for IEC, ETL (USA) LVD and CE. It commenced in February 2018 and has just been completed. The paperwork is mind boggling.
It is a fairly simple item with similar items on the market, so there is no new technology to be concerned about.

Like some others here, I do understand how long these processes take, add in to that, design, rigorous testing, tooling and new processes, I think we are moving at breakneck speed here.
I am not at all concerned and believe that many projects will bear fruit over this coming year.

Re Will B

He didn't complete a Tr1 when he sold a few mill and it was only reported when he was pushed to record what he had left as the shareholder registry had it wrong.

In my 'notes' he has about 4.5 mill shares, he has not been the major seller we saw in Q4.
