Festario, even when you own quite a lot??? As I say, we're talking pence and I'm thinking pounds long term so really not an issue either way.

I guess a few pence here or there doesn't matter if the expectation is that in the next 2-5 years the price will be many multiples up from where it is currently.

The biggest positives I see with VRS is that it is a very defensive stock regardless of economic climate as it serves almost every industry. It is also becoming the core of a new materials revolution when one looks at the number of various collaborations it is linked to. So hold it tightly and see it grow year after year.

Woody, that's a strange question. Generally I like to the price of things I want to buy, to go DOWN!

For the record NR has just picked up a mistake I made by referring to a £55m factory that the Chinese were supposed to built.

The RNS gives a total project value of £55m for the anticipated research park which presumably a lot of different companies can use a bit like the GEIC I suppose.

The second stage objective is the establishment of the first Chinese graphene industrial park, the "Jinan Graphene Valley" including a graphene research institute with funding coming from the joint venture partners. The total project cost is anticipated to be in the region of 500 million yuan (approximately GBP55 million).

I'll edit my posts above as I don't want to mislead.

tini5, weird feeling, do I want it to go up or down... don't think a few pence will come in to the equation in reality and I'd rather see it blue...I will be buying regardless, don't want to miss that big jump, I think it's the AECOM deal that will do it and I get the feeling news isn't far off. :-)

Ferdy, on his tweet back in the spring (which i again reposted last week i believe) when henan province visited UK, and he attended their presentation as a VIP, neill said best thermal solution for mobiles (in the companys 2D product range i imagine) is Hexotene ! Aimo best ellis

and that is why the graphene industry needs to get a grip and produce a UK IOS and then a EU one and so forth................

Grabster, thanks for the link re Fake Graphene in the Nature Science Journal, very interesting article. I also agree it endorses super's argument relating to those companies producing poor quality graphene.

Lots of buying happening, but it's obvious that yet another large sell is being worked, for reporting later.

Out of 19 stocks on my watchlist, spread in various sectors in the UK and USA, only 3 are up today - IOF, CPX and IQE. The rest is a sea of red. We'd be foolish to deny what's happening in the outside world.

Indeed and regarding iso standards, it's laterals AND thickness that determine whether a product qualifies as 2D graphene or 3D graphite in character ! Which i suggest neill hints at here in this tweet ! Aimo. Dyor. Best ellis

Neill Ricketts @neillricketts

Yes, we can tailor most parameters to the customers needs, including thickness ;): "

My thinking exactly. Neill does love to throw in hints where he can! Nanene is perfect for smart phones and tablets in so many different ways!

Anyone think there was anything significant in Neill's comment about mobile phones at the end of the podcast yesterday? He often mentions packaging EVs etc but don't remember him mentioning phones before... Could it be anything to do with what Matt is up to in Korea???

Morning all. The markets are what they are at the moment. And thus pleased to be in a world leading graphene share, according to the chinese. And a share where the company has said in black and white to the market they are confident their products meet the criteria of the proposed iso standards. Again, world leading - what other company has said so ? VRS sitting pretty. Aimo. Best ellis.
