19/11/2018 17:25 | I agree DT, I guess it just goes to show that Jinan and collaborations are already more or less priced in and investors are now waiting for more tangible news. In the end, even the most awaited Jinan MOU didn't move the share price by that much, because of the lack of hard numbers and timeline. Also probably waiting for HY results and see where we are currently standing regarding revenues and graphene sales. | mryl
19/11/2018 17:24 | TFC - agree with DTaliadoros and as VRS is still pre-profit, all these announcements will underpin the share price in the meantime. IIs will arrive when City scribblers have some numbers to play with. | lovat scout

19/11/2018 16:58 | This Haydale deal sits well with Arrowtech. I wonder if parts of Haydale could become a target for VRS in the future. It’s not the first time it has crossed my mind unless Arrowtech secure a similar deal which would then mean we have our own foothold. Edit: Institutions will want to see revenue from international expansion delivered before they would entertain buying imo. | ![]() diversification

19/11/2018 16:53 | Fat Controller.....I think VRS is still completely off most investors radar. As significant as the news is for those that have been following VRS for a while, a MOU is not going to mean much for people coming to this for the first time. I think it takes time for the newbie to buy into the VRS story, as there is so much to understand. I imagine a lot of buying that currently takes place is from those that already hold VRS or understand the potential for graphine. I think a few solid orders will quickly pique the interest of new investors. | ![]() dtaliadoros
19/11/2018 16:44 | o/t Haydale up 36% on this RNS 19 November 2018 Haydale Graphene Industries plc ('Haydale' or the 'Group') License agreement for anti-counterfeiting product Haydale (AIM: HAYD), the global advanced materials group, is pleased to announce the signing of an exclusive license agreement ("the Agreement") between Haydale Technologies (Thailand) Co., Ltd. ("HTT") and TKS Siampress Management Co., Ltd ("TKS"). The Agreement is for TKS over an initial 3 years and 3 months to access and use the patented anti-counterfeiting technology ("PATit") in commercial applications on an exclusive basis in Thailand and one other territory to be decided by the parties. The Agreement requires TKS to pay an upfront license fee for grant of the license, payable in three tranches within 120 days of the Agreement. Additionally, the Agreement includes payment of a research service fee due in two payments within 45 days of signing the Agreement for provision of a speciality capacitance ink as part of the anti-counterfeiting technology. The special bespoke ink that HTT will develop for TKS and deliver on an exclusive basis in applications will be commercially based on prices yet to be agreed. | ![]() luckyorange
19/11/2018 16:43 | Those photos are dated 15th Nov, so the Jinan deal was done on Thursday? That was the same day that the aerospace order was made public to the market. There's plenty going on, and Matt's been in South Korea...…̷ And Neill's going to USA...…… I'm amazed at the limited impact on the share price today. This is revolutionary news! 19/11/2018 16:33 | Exactly scottish/divers. Imagine the hours of planning and work that has gone in so far to get it to this stage. And of course it's in the interest of jinjan now to push it along in china too. This opportunity will hopefully grow bigger now before our eyes, like watching a yorkie pudding rise in the oven ! Aimo. Grateful holder here. Best ellis | ellissj
