The bear's argument that it is a nothing update fails because China, a world super-power, hasn't given up and is still gagging for VRS's product(s). Progress is being made and when something is signed the blue touchpaper will be lit. Compare the potential of this with some digger buckets.

laginaneil: interesting thought. Certainly in uses where nanene will need to be 'functionalised' such as in composites, that could be done in - say - South Korea at a VRS nanene production plant there, then shipped to the Chinese composite facility, as could 'raw' nanene.

well if a deal with Aecom - or indeed anyone else - is in the offing, I sure hope VRS have already done a deal with the theshing company for the machines they'll need, otherwise they might find the price has mysteriously increased 2000%... ;-)

sorry have to disagree with jointer and others that think this news suggests china order is imminent.It is good news but jam tomorrow.
If it was price sensitive it would be an rns

@Club I think we are due lots of ramping always. I guess we might get some news in there somewhere.

We are constantly reminded what amazing process the guys in China are making yet today after 11 months we get an RNS REACH (non material news) saying they are still talking. What happened to the free £55m no strings attached, IP safe factory they were going to get 11 months ago?

I was talking to someone this morning who said he thought "The RNS smacked of desperation".

Always thought the bit about 'graphene does not travel well' was over done, with the
'master batch' thing being more interesting.

I guess you can take the Nanene to the plastic/rubber manufacturer OR bring the plastic/rubber to the Nanene? Then take the finished product to the user.

Interesting to put the Nanene in between somewere (but NOT China). South Korea or
that place Dyson will build his cars..

Guys I thought I was going to be toast today! This was a very poor update from VRS today and I think you all know that. After 11 months they are still basically talking.

I'm looking at the VRS patent that underpins Nanene today in some detail today. I'll let you know if anything jumps out.

Pure speculation, a few months ago Neill tweeted a photo of a shotgun/mentioned he preferred a shot gun when asked about what he would use again the shorters because it means he got a second bullet. We then received 2 bits of news.This morning he tweeted a photo of battle ship gun with three guns on it and one of them was firing (that's this mornings news) so I think we're due some more news imminently.All in my opinion obs
