IMO if any PI misses this one, it'll be the miss of a lifetime.
In a minimum of two years, VRS face will not be recognised.

Sorry to inflict this upon you, but it does go through my mind occasionally with some of the posters on here.... you know the tune!

Oh, The grand old Duke of York,
He had ten thousand shares;
He watched them up to the top of the hill,
And he watched them down again.

And when they were up, he was up,
And when they were down, he was down,
And when they were only half-way up,
He was neither up nor down.

I'd still like to see some new institutional investors come on board. That's partly what Arden were engaged to do.Come on Nomad, get your finger out!

Club Sandwich has no respect so nothing for him to lose anymore. He is tolerated by the board and Neill & team because to do otherwise would be like being mean to a puppy or toddler. End of.

So Spain put on hold. Shows how priorities can dictate changes at the last minute. Never easy putting all this together but what a great team we have.

I'm still distracted, in a good way, by NR's promise of Advent treats. Heading towards a great end of the calendar year.

Neill:

Unfortunately not able to go to Spain today, priorities dictate choices sometimes. Mark will have to wait to spend a day with the ceo but on the upside there is a podcast with @SharePickers and a Skype call with the customer

How on earth does Club Sandwich maintain a level of respect on his board? Constantly crying and asking "When, when, when". Buffoon.

This update tells me two things:

1) China still hasn't found an internal source of commercial few layer graphene.

2) Since VRS are clearly not a push-over, why haven't the Chinese gone to one of our so-called competitors.

I'm sure there must be a reason if only I could think of it.

Perhaps our shorting gang could help me ;0)

Well done Neill and team, especially Peter. Excellent progress with the 'big picture'.

Best wishes - Spike

Indeed luckyO, From the following quotes, you could argue Pres Xi also shown an interest. Which is not surprising since he visited manchester ngi in 2015. It's been about getting the right relationships in place to move the project along. Good foundations vital here. This is 2D materials, the next industrial revolution. Not posh gin mixers etc Thus, realistically patiently waiting for this great story to succeed. Aimo. Dyor. Best ellis.

"We are conscious that we need to establish formal relationships with the most appropriate parties and in doing so we should seek to protect, as far as possible, the Company's IP as well as conclude the best deal for Versarien and its shareholders.

"I am delighted by the support we are receiving from the Chinese Government at all levels, together with the UK Department for International Trade and I look forward to making further announcements as our relationships in China progress and we enter into further agreements."

going for it in a big way.

"As previously reported, the Company has also established a wholly owned Hong Kong company which will be used as the platform for joint ventures in other Asian countries."

And where is NR off to today, Spain. Another country promising a bright future that includes VRS. We must remember that we are seeing an international company being put together across the globe before our very eyes. At the forefront of graphene technology that will invade every part of our lives going forward. From the cars we drive in the future, to construction, to lighter stronger metals and beyond. We are all part of that as shareholders.
