03/10/2018 12:25 | Elliss - 'the next news has to be an order'. That was a week or two before the US and Korea collabs. Not thatI'm complaining - they were both stunning tie-ups... | club sandwich
03/10/2018 12:16 | John, it wasn’t a dig at you earlier. Good post :-) | diversification
03/10/2018 12:13 | Speaking of spilling the beans . 1 versarien share is cheaper than a 4 pack of baked beans . There’s food for thought I now have enough beans to last me a lifetime . Gla Ff | forestfred
03/10/2018 12:11 | John - not beans - bananas ! | dgduncan
03/10/2018 12:11 | Somebody is buying a lot of shares at 180p | andymoore07
03/10/2018 12:10 | Very odd trading at mom | luckykids
03/10/2018 11:48 | Bruno does exist, by chance in my WWW tour I found the name (I've forgotten where I found it) but can't Id him, just the name and that's it. So I gave up, no need it sounds like he is doing great job in a bat cave somewhere over in China. | superg1
03/10/2018 11:44 | Or should that be BEANS to be spilled? | johnveals
03/10/2018 11:41 | Superg- absolutely, PeterJ was buzzing and nervous at the thought of possibly spilling the beans, which means there are beans to be spilled. | johnveals
03/10/2018 11:41 | Following on from the right honourable Johveals post, and in light of the scarcity of posts at the moment, I will take the opportunity express my position regarding the future of VRS. My simple, but considered view is that we are on the the cusp, and the huge potential of VRS will begin to materialise in the not too distant future. Compared to the downside, we are currently in a position where the upside is far greater, I suspect, perhaps by a factor of 10. Therefore, I remain a happy, committed and sanguine long-term holder of VRS. I should add that my sanguinity factor in holding this share has increased as a result of the recent Gnanomat acquisition and the fund raise | turbocharge
03/10/2018 11:36 | The impression I gained from the AGM Q&A was that multiple threads are ongoing and there is some leverage to be gained in US if China can be signed before travelling to the US. In other words it is all still in play and anything could happen at any time. Regarding the share price I fail to see how anyone can be disappointed when you look at the last year’s performance. The usual idiots have been talking it down at every stage of the rise and whilst there has been the odd retrace the overall performance has been very impressive. But we are still, with the odd small exception, laying foundations and waiting for some vertical development. When that comes, and given the horizontal scope of VRS that has to be when and not if, then the rise could be spectacular. So still long and strong here :-) | johnveals
03/10/2018 11:33 | I believe he said it had to be the next news yes. However it's not in his control, seems some collaborators are undergoing further testing | sonsonnyjim
03/10/2018 11:31 | Another small top up while funds dictate, very happy to have my wife and I ISA fully loaded with VRS with a little help from the VRS family | haz101
03/10/2018 11:27 | I seem to remember neill saying orders were main focus on a poddy not long after prelim annuals reported in july ? Best ellis | ellissj
03/10/2018 11:25 | At this stage an order has to be a priority. In addition, the rumoured MOU with an entity in China. | rafboy
03/10/2018 11:21 | If Ian Cowie's article about VRS this weekend materialises, can we expect a Daily Mail 'Midas' column upward effect on the share price on Monday (and by how much)? | anotherdrink
03/10/2018 11:18 | When Neil is quiet, we usually get good news shortly after. Fingers crossed. | vrs1
03/10/2018 11:16 | There are no shortage of buyers at the 180 level, but they are reluctant to pay more at this time, to push the bid higher.I have never seen any share consolidate like this, especially one with no recent news or positive cash flow. It's incredible, and encouraging. | festario
03/10/2018 11:15 | Indeed lovat. And with the far east dominating lion car battery production, it seems europe is too late to this party. But given recent investment announcements by uk (faraday comp) and germany €2b as just announced (nothing on the table in August), it's likely the focus will be upon leapfrogging current battery tech and developing next gen tech; to compete and out do asia. The race is clearly on and stepped up a gear. Step forward vrs/gnano who seem nicely positioned in this regard. If we are ahead of this curve, and neill suggests we are in the lab, hopefully this tech will be fastracked asap. Else without the battery tech, euro car industry could decline relative to asia. Think solar panel industry, where's that based now ? If this scenario half right, we could see vrs/gnano encouraged to the hilt! Aimo. Dyor. Best ellis. | ellissj
03/10/2018 11:15 | NR is very quite on Twitter given historical standards. I was expecting collaborations to snowball but again it’s gone quite. Am I right in thinking that from the AGM they are now focusing on an order and China? I am sure I read this on the board a while back? | diversification
03/10/2018 11:03 | The share price is holding up very well and giving people a chance to add during this price stability. | rafboy
03/10/2018 11:01 | Elliss - very interesting. The pace of change is what catches most industry laggards out. | lovat scout
03/10/2018 10:58 | Most words from rainbow yet. Usually they're merely simplistic. | high park
03/10/2018 10:54 | las vegas to spend the profits from the primary bid, oh dear red candles ! | dreamtwister |
