As SG says, the Herald/Miton supply is dwindling and since they are below notification levels we won’t know when they are finished - they just won’t be there and share price could be pushing on an open door if good news then arrives.

At the point in time where VRS financial forecasts can be produced, the II herd will start looking and that’s when it gets interesting.....

Non reg and yes as an investor I like to know what is going on especially with the risk of someone spotting the addition via the web if it had not been announced.

International expansion starting to evolve :-) Obviously chatting to other companies there.

30+ in China in talks.

The usual supply stock due to run at at current supply rates within 2 months imo. It's going to be an interesting few months ahead.

I suspect Neither Herald or Miton were involved recently.

If that was mainly Singer yesterday and its Herald stock them imo at this rate Herald will be at zero this week.

Katie has been feeding the ducks (MMs) for some time. That loaf is to be no more very shortly.

For those with Level 2 keep an eye on Singer and what they do.

Sorry, no extra info here☹️. Only VRS know who the new large shareholders are and they could be wealthy individuals.

I would be very surprised if Herald and Miton were given an instant profit but until proven otherwise cannot be completely ruled out.

Not Herald, they are selling. Both have made a good deal of money out of it but spent (invested) elsewhere I think. No idea who the new ones are...... enter lovat stage left 😉

Does anyone know the identity of the three institutional investors that took part in the fund raise?
I guess Neill was happy with who they are and fairly sure they would hold for a while if he allowed their participation.
Could it be Herald or Miton ?

When Singer get a supply it’s Herald. It’s been that way for months.

So when a supply comes in the MM with it will hop over the top of others trying to flip PI shares sold.

That’s exactly what Singer did today. So it’s not confusng it’s obvious.

The Herald fund is near sold out. So as said earlier keep an eye on what singer do.

Late on today they upped the offer but were still the only one on it.

Let’s see what happens tomorrow.

looks like they will be targeting the industrial sector as in the electric vehicles,

plus it is interesting they will be able to improve the energy storage of the lithium energy storage,

their web site mentions wearable`s!reading and observing it looks like the r&d is ready to be sign`d off,

after the primary bid i did read that gnanomat would have taken shares as payment, if so then maybe versarien have obliged and the cash injection may fast track the pilot plant into production

will put on the watch list,whilst i research in more depth as the share price may be more balanced.

has some one a link for graphene use in the hydro energy market,tia

To be fair to rainbow it must be a tedious job having to sit there all day every day watching the share price to try and make 25-50 quid on any short term drop.

Going short on a spreadbet, which usually operate outside the spread, it could take a 5p drop to make a tenner, well worth it though 🤔
