tic toc.. market can see there are few if any placing flippers, china & other news creeping ever closer (days away imo), supply drying up fast - not long before buyers start flooding in before news!

Sonny

Quite simply the supply that was is on it's last leg. EG one fund I believe is near done.

Compare that to 20 mill plus between the 2 funds easier this year. It has risen strongly even with them involved but then they have sold into the strength to cash in.

I believe we will hit very good news within months and within that time if the level of selling continues the funds will probably be all but gone within 2 months, perhaps earlier if we have a good run of news. That assumes they will sell all they have.

Flipping, for those waiting I doubt there will be much.

As for you know who lot, they are in a nasty hole.

Sonson - hopefully. The company has made huge progress the last year, but it's not at the starting line yet...

Hover, that clears it up then. Not a competitve 'worry' which I disagreed with, because it seemed irrational to me. And indeed to others, as it spooked a few horses. Atb ellis

Club that's possible. Superg thinks something may be happening to push the share price on the next week or two and China 1-2 months off. Exciting times

Affc- oh, absolutely. A law professor once conducted an experiment into the unreliability of witness statements. He planted an actor in the audience during a lecture, who then provoked and staged a fight with another actor. The 'police' arrived and took the man away, and the prof then took statements from everyone else in the room. They varied wildly, a few even claiming the attacker had run out of the room after the fight. And this was for something that had *just happened*...

GO

The bears have mentioned XG I study such companies to death so I recall they don't do it and commented why.

We chose not to pursue a graphene oxide process because it is inherently more costly, may create toxic byproducts that are difficult to handle at scale, produces nanoplatelets with more surface functional groups and higher levels of dislocation (e.g., holes) in the basel planes, both of which tend to degrade electrical and thermal performance.

Can we put that one to bed now. Holes would affect strength to as in defect ratios on data sheets.

As I have said many times it's about understanding the various graphenes. The info is out there to read.

I'm not taking sides here, but you can get different variations in witness statements, when witnesses are recalling the same scene of a crime...just a thought.

Any worry word could be about the chemicals used.

I recall NR saying some time back GO is via nasty mix of chemicals process and damages the platelets as one explains here.

The process of turning graphite oxide into graphene oxide can ultimately be very damaging to the individual graphene layers, which has further consequences when reducing the compound. The oxidisation process from graphite to graphite oxide already damages individual graphene platelets, reducing their mean size, so further damage is undesirable.

GO is used it's not a pleasant method with a 60-70% purity.

Hover - well as long as it stays on the horizon it's not a problem. Hopefully within 6 months the orders will be flowing and nanene will be the de facto standard, ISO or not...

Ellis/ WR63, I was near the front at the AGM and agree with Sonny that Neill specifically cited Chinese GO as a potential competitor, not that it was being promoted as such by misrepresentation, nor did he give any indication of being especially worried by it at present. I interpreted his reference to it as rather vague and non committal as to a cloud on the horizon rather than an imminent threat.

Another day at the office, I love this share. It's not just an investment it's like being characters in a Bond film, you couldn't make it up. Plots, sub plots, the battle of good graphene over evil. All played out on an international basis, who's developing what, how far advanced, agents and double agents, or are they. Fantastic characters with research coming from all angles hints and tips all being played out below the radar of the investing masses (for now). Forget about the book, I am waiting the international film premier simultaneously released in English, Chinese, Korean etc. I'm off to bed, just hope its not a dream, and then tomorrow starts it all off again. Its been a fantastic journey, and it hasn't even got going yet.

"The GO question revolved around China from my recollection
I may be wrong but my take was the Chinese are producing Graphene Oxide not Graphene but they are being promoted and sold as Graphene. Neill had a concern regarding that false selling.
As I say my interpretation which could be wrong as I was also near the back."

False claims; This explanation seems more plausible imo. Best ellis

How are posts like that tolerated? Neill doesn't have to respond to anything..youre right though I booked a day off work and flew to the agm just to continue to troll a bulletin board

I see Sonny is showing his true colours a bit more today. Don’t say I didn’t warn y’all. Depressing to watch you all rise to his bait. Even more depressing is Neill having to respond to his inane questions on twitter.

I find it helps to listen to Bob Marley while reading some of the posts on this board :-)

Incredible the money being chucked at Battery/Super Cap R&D now & growing every week it seems - especially for the EV market ( the power market & phones/tools wont be far behind)

Nearly all centred around the Lithium ion sector where Graphene (at least that's what its called) is beginning to make an appearance via the likes of SkelTech etc -But Carbon Ion still a very rare beast - Safe to say that VRS/ZapGO likely leading on the C Ion front & Williams Engineering involved in that now as well - Their high profile involvement will hopefully Fast track Global interest , especially if the current Faraday Collab is as successful as we hope - The idea that such a radical tech might threaten the Lithium monopoly should terrify huge entities & even Govts across the globe - Luckily for them they will likely not have heard of it yet as a serious issue

My guess for the future? - Longer term it could well be a singular Carbon Ion Super Cap/battery hybrid only, but shorter term a hybrid solution possibly involving a fast charge Carbon Ion Super Cap & a Graphene enhanced Lithium battery side by side under the bonnet/seats? - Who knows, but its all kicking off big time now

One thing for sure this is going to be Betamax V VHS ( & a dozen others) on a grand scale - Success under Williams will have Global giants beating a path to our door
