6 hours ago on Twiitter NR has been asked this "@neillricketts having listened to last weeks j.Waite interview would ask U NOT to go anywhere nr. 'China 4 manufacturing' unless U are absolutely 100% happy VRS processes/IP protected. .. They'll copy anything .. USA instead?"........Neills answer "We aren't going to do anything unless the deal is right anywhere, we have a lot of options and only the right ones will get through. Funding, support, ip and route to market are just some of the factors in no particular order. A lot of work has been achieved, a lot still to do."

Methinks it suggests that China is still, if at all, some way off. That's okay by me!

Thanks John Veals.I actually think that 3 tonnes of nano materials will set the world alight....it's HUGE! This stuff has little or no mass remember. But, I'd like to see a purchase order for just 1% of it, to set the share price alight.

Ha ha... it only took two posts for someone to utter the word SHORT. I guessed it would be at least 4 or 5.But for the sake of discussion, why must all these collaborations be under NDA? Why aren't any of them keen to be associated with these ground breaking initiatives?

A perfectly reasonable set of questions Festario.

Clearly some things are taking longer than expected and others are more difficult than expected but overall progress is being made in the right direction.

I view Versarien as still being in laying the foundations mode, there is an overall plan, which will inevitably be subject to change, but those foundations will set the way the company is built over the years.

A 3T capacity will not set the world on fire but it can definitely show the way forward. I don't have a problem with the lack of news on China, as NR says, it has to be the right deal and I have confidence in Neill and his team. The US is just another potential avenue opening up.

I am interested to see what the next few months will bring.

...surely an NDA means these companies are not going to be mentioning working with VRS ...?...we know they are global companies ...our CEO has several times stated China negotiations are ongoing and growing in number ...why the issue with USA whilst China ongoing Fest ? .. if i hadnt seen that you had posted i might have thought it was someone who was short ..

By the way, I expect to get shouted down, and I don't expect to get any constructive replies...... it would make a pleasant change to see some.

I'm just being consistent.Where there is a vacuum of information, as in most RNS's, people fill it with rumour and supposition.Posters on here have concluded that certain massive companies are working with us, but the evidence is tenuous. Not one of the rumoured BIG collaboration partners in the last year have mentioned anything about Graphene, let alone Nanene or working with VRS. Nor have they reached the stage of placing an order. My other big concern, and I've been ignored on this before, is that 5 months after Neill telling us that armies of lawyers are thrashing out the Jinan venture details, it's still stony silence.Plus, he's now targeting the US without concluding any business in China.However..... the share price is rock solid, so it's obvious that I don't know what they know!

Many here started investing before any big names appeared as the facts seemed to stack up and therefore big names may see the same opportunity. We now know some names engaged for up to 2 years pre collaboration talks.

XG and various companies were being researched before many here had heard of Versarien or a thread created.

Nice to see, David Cameron, Teresa May, Liam Fox, Gregg Clarke, Matt Walker, many big companies, leading graphene standards staff, China the US, CPI, various relevant world leading catapult centres and Uni's, all falling for our con on ADVFN.

I had no idea ADVFN was the lead due diligence source for all of those to engage and back VRS.

Silly sods they should do their own research.

JohnV - Rather than "...typically by pretending that one knows less about something than one really does"

more, in this case,

Pretending that one knows more about something than one really does?

Though the pretence is pretty pathetic.
