The last trade of the day marked as a buy was actually a sell, based on the bid/offer.It was exactly 121.67p to sell.So, a blue day, albeit hidden.It all augurs well, as they usually walk AIM shares down quite sharply on low volume, but not this one.... for some exciting reason.

So why are you here Jak? It clearly isn’t because you are long and I don’t believe you want to save us from ourselves so what game are you playing? Why are you attempting to undermine the share price of VRS here on ADVFN, a backwater inhabited mainly by a few long and strong investors?

I think you will find this Vrs board is very well researched by its members .

There are some very clever genuine people who understand graphene and where it sits going forward globally and where Vrs sit .

People are very loyal to Vrs they believe in the management and CEO and the product they also believe in the university of Manchester , and Cambridge some of the top uni s in the world , also known as the home of graphene ,were also backed by the Uk goverment and interest from top global companies ongoing .
As NR has said in pod casts global companies are contacting them .
Normally you would not get a look in with them .
This must be something special and ground breaking and we’re are a big part of it .
Many investors bought in at 10-20p-30p and have serious amounts of money invested here , and are still holding because they believe this is still early days for Vrs and many more in later we’ll researched and confident .

The ceo and team have delivered to-date
And loyal investors have been greatly rewarded and will continue to do so in my opinion .


I personally do not know of another company on aim with disruptive technology supported as we are .
Global interest ongoing .

People are well researched and confident here .
People coming to this board shorting are just wasting their time .

World leading ? At the very least, VRS advised as far back as interims last autumn that +Nanene meets the proposed ISO standards. Name a firm worldwide who has advised the same ? Aimo. Dyor. Best ellis.

Just finished reading Graphene - Johnson and Meany. Great book for background and taking my mind of the day to day price action for a couple of days which I’m not sure why I obsess over as I’m a LTH for probably decades. More confident than ever. Recommend

These 14 or so agreements may well contain non-disclosure clauses concerning amount and price of nanene supplied. It works both ways. VRS will surely aim to price the nanene not only according to the size of the order but also according to the use to which the nanene will be put. The value to the purchaser of say a kg of nanene will vary according to the product the nanene is being added to. I think NR has suggested that for some uses the value added to the product by the nanene might well be very high. It follows that the nanene price may well depend on the use to which the nanene will put.

How do we know that the graphene was given rather than sold to the companies referred to in the 14 or so agreements?


16-11-29 Significant Graphene Order

Versarien has now received an order with a value of over £100,000 for graphene in the form of Few Layer Graphene Nano Platelets ("GNPs") from a European commercial customer, in conjunction with the NGI. This high quality graphene will be certified by the NGI and Versarien will be handling the dispersion of the GNPs into the resin to be used by the customer. The resin will be provided by the customer free of charge and will be returned to the customer in Europe once mixed with Versarien's GNPs.

17-09-19 Significant Tender Win

Versarien will be supplying up to 1.2 kilograms of graphene in a variety of forms, including the Company's proprietary brand, Nanene, to the CPI.

18-04-16 Graphene Supply to Major Tyre Producer

Versarien will initially be providing 500g of Nanene for testing purposes, to explore the benefits of adding graphene to tyres supplied to the automotive sector. If successful, further orders would be expected.

18-07-02 Chinese Graphene Order

In addition to these relationships, the Company is pleased to report that it has received its first small initial order for Nanene graphene nano platelets from a Chinese automotive battery manufacturer for their technical evaluation.

You are trying to convince us our company is not as good as we think it is.

The very important point you are missing is that we also believe it is a pile of worthless junk - so your task is complete.

We thought it was a junk at 10p, and we thought it was junk at 60p, and at 120p well - what can I say - even 'junkier' than before.

I also believe it will be even more worthless at 150p before very long, and 200p not long after that.

Suffice to say we are all deluded morons and deserve to lose every penny. So your attempts to make us see sense are an absolute waste of time.

Makes me smile how people bite at 'sizzle...sizzle' and 'How do you measure "world leading position" please?'. Is that ten words in total (including the please)? - the power of words. I have made my investment decision. Do I back a post that goes 'sizzle...sizzle' with no expansion on this or my own judgement? If, however, people are going to use 'world leading' I have to agree an answer should be ready. I have to say though a thank you to JakNike and rainbow23 for highlighting a different perspective - keeps people on their toes but I become blind to repetition. I for one will be giving VRS time to deliver on our global potential / ambitions - and no its not an open ended timescale for it to happen however much I appreciate the hard work NR, David and Matt and the rest of the team are putting in. Delivery of substantial global graphene revenue generation has to materialise - I believe we are on the cusp of that period and will therefore prove that VRS are indeed 'world leading'.
