I'm on the hunt for another name to link to VRS, I know they are there but they can't be mentioned just yet. Interesting name.

There seems to be a buyer(s) very willing to buy in the low 120s but not past that

On another point, same topic.

It seem the buyers will let it drift back to their exit point. But on the other hand sometimes it goes quiet when US data is due or Trump is on his latest mad tweet.

Lovat explained that funds will take off orders when things like US market data is due so that they are not hit by any sudden change in the market.

If pushed I'd say we only have one fund possibly that would supply the MMs at the moment and if its the same fund that was active earlier this month they compared to recent times don't have that many left.

So if we get to funds not supplying the MMs anymore it should take off. If that coincides with big news then straight through 150p imo.

I have kept an eye on all major holders, directly or through city contacts. Once again to be explained if it becomes relevant.

These are the things that go on that the BB in general can't see. That relates to other factors besides buyers/sellers too.

Ha Sonsonny

We'd all love to know the answer to that one.

But I will drop this in. There was some selling March/April on top of what Miton did. Miton had about 15 mill shares easier this year.

The shareholders of the fund normally redeem at about 1% of holders but this year it was 10% so suddenly Miton had to find the cash to pay those leaving the trust fund.

VRS had given Miton great profits and had the volumes for Miton to sell. So Miton sold about 7 mill VRS up to the end of April. Katie at herald also top-sliced earlier in the year (2 mill shares). That's a typical trait of hers I'm told.

Many was appointed and it seems some funds started to buy in that week, MMS were desperate for stock so one of the funds gave them some. The same happened through May.

I have it as about 4 mill supplied by the funds and of May through June and clearly we had some more supplied to them earlier this month.

At the moment it seems to be in PI trade mode and some cashed by the new rules going in re spread bets CFDs and the like.

I love the news rules as within weeks the SB over-gearing type will have to curb their mad gambling on various shares.

Anything have is always fully paid for, that way I'm in control of sells 100% of the time, no dip, tree shake, margin close out attempt can take mine away.

I do keep a trading account all cash at the moment keeping an eye out for shares that may see such dips through bad news and the like, or false drops through a fund selling.
Just saying it works well as it's gone 3 to 4 fold this year just watching out for such events on various shares.

For those that follow trades and their sources, do we expect a bounce on low supply or a slow drop until news?

If recent speculation on here and Twitter is correct and VRS agree a good deal with Silk Ventures, that would be very very interesting as they have the local knowledge and deep pockets.

Interestingly SEE and REDT are on my list, I've kept track of them for a long time but have never invested.

With REDT all I'll do is wait and see if the technology gets market traction and can perform as a down the road investment in a few years.

The power sector and it's absolutely gagging for power storage technology.

Pot noodle ah yes what a rescue job that was when stuck in the wet and cold with no escape option for hours on end.

Just listened to the Doc interview, a nice interview, a down to earth chat.

While we know it's there is news the gravity of 24 in China talking to VRS isn't reflected in the share price in the same way 1 was. So the what if doesn't go ahead has to go through a 24 refusal process now but 24 is likely to grow if not already.

Now I know what the letter is about. It must have had material exciting content to get a mention. I'm not convinced it's a letter from China as it's merely mentioned in the same sentence, but I'm guessing on that point.

In theory we could have a load of Chinese LOIs or MOUs stacking up to come out as news. We'll have to wait and see.

bowlegged: absolutely right - we are all deluded, learn to live with it ;0)

Personally I've been deluded all the way up from 10p and expect to be deluded at much higher share price than now.

Best wishes - Spike
