By the way: almost all the buying since the bid dropped to 128 has been below mid i.e. around 129.4, so all these sells aren't.

XG for the new arrivals and some facts for the bears.

Robert Young UOM tested Nanene and was blown away.

The reason under 10 layers is quoited is because over that the strength gains all off a cliff to negative.

EG XG M grade is 18-24 layers, which if you know the above point would mean poor performance re strength.

Those facts were gained form reading various science papers.

Here is one form the very same Robert Young testing XG M grade GNPs which they quote as 18 layers.

Fig. 8 and Fig. 9 shows the effect of filler loading on elongation at break of PP/GnP composites. The composite without graphene indicates the value of elongation at break is 253.38%. However, the composites with graphene the value of elongation at break are range between 5.5 to 8 %. Consequently, the composites with graphene nanopletelets exhibited brittle fracture, whereas the PP composites without graphene revealed plastic behaviour.

The incorporation of graphene nanoplatelets in the polypropylene matrix resulted in a drastic decrease in the elongation at break of the composites.

Multi and many layer graphene (real name graphite) does not work when it comes to trying to improve the strength of composites it does the opposite and makes them weaker.

Terrible experience. Wasted a lot of money engaging with Tim Kempster. Would recommend people stay well clear“

The new EU wide rules on spread betting and other leveraged trading is clearly a good thing but it's worth noting that it only applies to retail clients and not professional traders.

Whilst I don't spreadbet myself I know a few people who have declared themselves as professional traders to avoid the new rules. I imagine any sophisticated shorters would do the same and therefore will not face any additional pressure to close come the end of July.

Wins and Peel are operating a 10p spread another 7p. Singer is 5p.

So it leaves room for a penny or two flip on the bid and offer. EG someone sells 5k and another picks up 5k, Singer make a penny or two on the trade.

What has been happening in recent weeks on the back of the strong share price rise is MMs with no stock. So they have been tapping on the door of the two funds Miton and Herald who at enhanced prices and great profit have been feeding them some shares.

Miton and Herald will get to a point where they either say no more or run out, but they have been doing it into a rising price and strong shares demand.

On top of that it looks like 3 funds are buying.

I see on level 2 that Singer are on both the bid and offer. Any predictions because of that?

Promise factor.

VRS has a long way to go in the time period I call the promise factor which is where share prices climb. It will probably be the longest promise timeframe ever experienced on the AIM. Then we have the ink and Boron can do equally as well.

If it was case of the share price flying on a binary bet then it can be tense.

We are already in collaborations with some huge companies with more to come. Such companies have a vast range of products which graphene may enhance so there is potentially a very long period of promise with each one to come.

Take China which so many got excited about, that was 1 province and now the number of areas in China and companies talking to VRS has jumped to 24 which has huge promise.

Some say ooohhh China they will copy our IP. Well if we did deals with China it would be because they are of material value to the company. The knowledge of VRS would spread rapidly and the share price would rise in any case regardless of that.

At some point in the future it may be the IP was copied, but the Sp will be £'s higher by then, so it's great problem to have and would be years away. Raw GNPs do not travel well.

Such issues are a long way into the future, for now there are a host of potentially highly exciting news items to come.

Which as a bear well underwater not a a pleasant position to be in. Who knows they may get desperate and spam social media with all sorts of lies. Oh hang on a minute........

Everyone knows it's a false dip so nobody's buying it! But no-one's selling it either! Could indeed be a flat day.

Super, don't forget the spreadbetting rules change coming in at the end of July (a week from now). If they are sitting on heavy losses with a poor cash balance on their account the SB firm is obliged to close the position! They could find those losses being crystallized and nothing they can do about it. The new margin rates go up to 20% as well so they can on longer leverage their average up without making a substantial deposit on their account. A perfect storm is brewing for them!

Looks like I may have been right about that 1 share UT at 1.37 on Friday being designed to show an immediate drop today on opening. Perhaps another futile gesture from the shorters.

Super - so some of them are already c. £75k down on paper, and no realistic chance of it ever going back to the price they shorted at, let alone falling below that price. No wonder they're panicking. More news could drop at any time, and if it's very good news - China or a collab order - we could be through £2 or a lot higher in the blink of an eye. That is life-changing amounts of money to lose - that is lose-your-house amounts of money.I'm afraid I have absolutely no sympathy for them whatsoever.

For the new guys I see they go on about XG on twitter.

Most of what XG do is graphite, there are various apparel showing it to be a pile of junk. XG are desperate, DOW have them by the gonads as they have security over all their IP. I take that DOW move to scupper all other early interest from other companiesXG had.

Unfortunately XG are a lead in having big names believe graphene was hype and didn't work because they were calling it graphene and selling them many layer graphite.

XG and various others have been covered many time on here and I've read many paper where their 'graphene' was tested.
