22/7/2018 08:14 | paul, yes it's China: From the RNS 15/1/18 The non-binding LOI has been entered into by Versarien together with the Shandong Institute of Industrial Technology Fund, Jinan Qing Na Material Technology Co Ltd and Jinan Innovation Zone Administrative Committee with the view to establishing the "China-UK Jinan Graphene Industrial Park" in the Jinan Innovation Zone, Shandong Province, China. As you should be aware (you have to do your homework on this BB) Neill was invited over to China, wined and dined at a very high level indeed, and offered a binding Letter of Intent, plus lots of incentives. As it was all such a rush, he accepted a non-binding LOI, and thank goodness he did, as (since the arrival of Matt Walker) there are now 14 Chinese entities asking VRS to do the same thing (more or less). Most if not all of these are also LOI's. Note: it is very unusual for VRS to notify shareholders of the existence of LOI's, which means there is lots of other stuff going on at VRS that we never know about. That is one reason why it is so exciting! Homework: Best wishes - Mike | ![]() spike_1
22/7/2018 08:06 | Possibilities? - Howzabout 24 x 3T a year machines winging their way across to China within next 6 - 12 months as initial order License agreement based on 50P per Gramme Nanene - produced & monitored by clients proportionate usage of VRS exclusively supplied Magic Fairy Dust Enabling Solution - Client to pay all capital expenditures/onsite labour On the above - then gearing up to 1000T will earn VRS £500 mill at say 80% plus profit (?) 10000T of Nanene produced will take that to £5 Bill revenue - On a ratio of 10 - Thats a mkt Cap value of £50Bill All on 50P per Gramme Clubbie maybe not so far off.... | pcjoe
22/7/2018 07:56 | Morning all, did anyone else see NR's tweet to Kempster showing the photos of potential VRS factories? Where IS it? CHINA???????? | pauld8026
22/7/2018 07:42 | You've certainly got quite an appetite there 20pc! How did you cook them - grilled, stewed or roasted? ;-) Like your theory, by the way...not long until market's open with a relaxing Sunday to ruminate over the possibilities. | ![]() senden11

21/7/2018 20:40 | Yup SG - with u on that £1 - £10 a gram - an approx 10 kg machine of the type being ordered will do 3T a year - at. £1 per per g = £3 mill per machine per year - Graphene just not going to cut it for bulk polymer and rubber applications if it gets much more expensive than that - a million earphone speakers at 1g a speaker is still a nice earner & we will charge them more - likely thousands of these small size applications - they will eat up 1000s of T of graphene between them methinks | pcjoe
21/7/2018 20:38 | Sadly, he used the phrase lol.The CEO of a listed company using lol. #shakes head in despair.I am now compelled to sell my entire holding in this company, first thing Monday. | ![]() festario
21/7/2018 20:25 | I noticed that Fest, I am surprised you didn't wait until 8:00am Monday so you could put a dummy order in for 1kg so Neill would have to give you an actual price. | ![]() 20pc
21/7/2018 20:24 | It's definitely not $20k a gram. Current prices would be £100-400 a gram I suspect in typical quantities. In significant quantities maybe down to £50/g at the moment. | ![]() a_game
21/7/2018 19:53 | OMG.... even I'm tweeting to Mr Ricketts now.Somebody stop me! | ![]() festario
21/7/2018 19:26 | Hang on a minute though....We are talking about a 2 dimensional material, which by definition, has little or no measurable mass. So, surely a gram is a very large physical quantity, and $20k could well be the right price.I'll go with Neill on this, unless he amends it. | ![]() festario
21/7/2018 19:13 | £1 a gram sounds very cheap to me superg, you talking 2020's prices? | ![]() luckyorange
21/7/2018 18:54 | Re-reading the finals. Nice for VRS to be confident on so many fronts esp: 'we are therefore evaluating the best options for international expansion.'. Anyone know of a good time traveller - just to this October and back...... | anotherdrink
21/7/2018 18:39 | Thanks Superg1. So that means the 3Ton is worth between 3 million and 30 million T/0? | cloudy60
21/7/2018 18:31 | The '1' trade on Friday close. Thank you to the people here for 4 possible reasons for this. As a newby I found this article very descriptive of MMs possible actions. I to don't like the gap up on every good news RNS because it always seems to close and do a 50% retrace and I have no more cash to put in! For the life of me I can't see how it would benefit the MMs to close the gap before it opened as it were. So I concluded I was looking to deep and maybe it was just to get weak hands to sell. | ![]() laginaneil
21/7/2018 18:07 | Cloudy Bulk orders I'd suggest £1 to £10 per gram | ![]() superg1 |
