Club, you really shouldn't write that letter. You will make a complete fool of yourself. There is nothing wrong with a wife being a company secretary. The problem is if payments are made for work which is not done. Responding to twitter rubbish with even more rubbish really doesn't help. Not only that but you could put yourself in trouble if you are making accusations to HMRC which turn out not to be true.

Yes, but they usually *are* paid, to get money out of the company and spread tax liabilities.

ClubYou can't report someone for having their wife as a Company Secretary......if there is only one director when a Company is set up, you must have someone else as the secretary. It can't be the same person that is the director.H

Work was of a low quality and research was not only sub par but, expensive too.
