Well put Super I could not have done any better..............

For me I only bang on about the bits that surround the business so anyone can take that for what they want..........there is no doubt that the commercialisation og Graphene is huge. I live near Cambridge and I know what's going on and anyone only has to come up and see just what is going on.

The shorts will get hit......

I am shocked that we haven’t had much discussion around the large reported trades. Does anyone else think this could bring about a ‘holding RNS’ at some point.

We've been actively posting about it since the last week of May when it all started. If you recall we had a number of late reported 200k trades which totalled about 1 million. I took those as supply from the seller.

Here is the historical data. I posted on the day that it appeared we had a buyer in play. It started in the last week of May.



We started around 65p 21st May then Matt Walker news on the 22nd took it to 73.5p. Then immediately after that the buyer appeared.

92p by the end of the week, by mid June we'd hit 130p with a big seller. Here we are now with the buyer apparently still active and hungry for shares.

Well you will have to wait until 19 July as there is nothing more VRS can say at this stage.........those are the rules.

It will be interesting to see how the results will affect the share price. I am not expecting a blockbuster but would like to see some forward statements. A clearer indication of what international expansion will look like!

I have a fair idea who the seller was late May and into June and now even more of an idea on who the buyer is.

EG there was a 100k hidden bid yesterday 125 ish, probably ok to say it now.

However on the other bits there are too many chancers, herd type and those betting the other way to consider giving them a leg up on what's going on.

What's pretty damn clear is that we have had an aggressive buyer late May and into June and now it seems they are still around.

I know they are unknown to the masses as behind the scenes a few were trying to ID them and getting nowhere.

So it's odd to me that a number of small shorts hang on when it's clear there is one fund possibly 2 which has put some of them in the mire in the first place.

Hey ho of the buyer wants 10% or more and it crosses over with big news then tough really.

On the other VRS BB there is another speaker business using the word Graphene...........is this true or are we going to see the Standards lot get involved over fake news?

For every seller we have a buyer. This could represent a transfer of ownership to the larger buyer who has defiantly put a 140p limit in place for now.

My hunch is these are agreed share transfers that print at/around the mid price (agreed between parties).

If these were open market buys/sells I highly doubt that would be the price obtained and suspect we'd see a shift in the price.

I view this as very positive for us - shows someone is willing to accumulate a big stake at these levels - taking shares off weak hands without them hitting the market.

As far as I can tell 550k shares have changed hands, Singers and Citigroup the two parties involved. Beyond that we’re into Poirot mode until an RNS appears or an updated shareholder list is published.

The volume didn’t disturb the share price so a relaxed seller and buyer we can assume.

Does the China - Tesla car deal change the rules over JV's?

Tesla to build and not own its 500,000 annual car production factory as the Chinese government changes the foreign ownership rules.

Maybe that was the thinking behind the go slow deal for VRS..........but I am sure there are those that have their own ideas................

5 jan 2018....12june 2018 mr ricketts sold 650,000 thousand shares,prior to these transactions.
The Company is delighted to announce that it has successfully completed the Fundraising. The Fundraising received a very strong response and was oversubscribed. The Offer was on a "first come, first served" basis and was closed early at 5.55 p.m. on 3 November 2017, with the Fundraising having already been over twice oversubscribed by that time.  The Company has therefore decided to increase the size of the Fundraising in order to meet this demand.  The Company will therefore issue and allot a total of 16,144,707 New Ordinary Shares to satisfy the Fundraising.  The gross proceeds of the Fundraising, before expenses, are £2,906,047.26.......? how many grams of graphene have been sold this year ?

Well, there's your £48k a_game, nice buy! Quite a few large late reported trades after hours today: 120k, 250k, 300k, 100k and 50k. They look like sells apart from the 50k.

10 mins to go and finally Singer got off the offer having been there with supply for so long.

Just scap there at the death probably having picked up the couple of sells.

Keep an eye on singer tomorrow imo to see if they are back in the normal game of flipping PI sells.
