All the bad news from the delay, or cancellation of Frova for pre-menstrual migraine is now in the share price

Frova is still an effective drug for migraine and is still growing market share - albeit slowly.Apokyn is a small but useful drug for Parkinsons Disease.
The rest of the portfolio is pretty long term and I guess the smart thing to do would be to wait until after the next market announcement - 12th March last year.

New partner on board - wonder what their motives will be - must have some kind of plan to take on the full amount in the market

Mystery solved, it was a placing of 30 million shares at 6.5p, raising approx £3million for the company. All taken up though!

Has there been a positive stock pick recommendation for Vernalis, seems to have been some sustained buying this morning?

maybe near the bottom considering the new shares issued at 18.67p,although i do realise they still dilute the existing shares, also director buying recently and somebody buying 1768004 shares(£123500 in value)this morning. i bought 30000 myself with TDW, which has,nt shown. not ramping just a personal opinion. anybody with their views?

If you think its over I suggest you listen to Sturge at the recent Piper Jaffray conference. Lots of pain still to come.

Well thats the issue of fund raising out in the open and not very painful at all and didn't warrant the HUGE fall in share price.

Question is whether that is it or if they will carry out a few couple more smaller placings to raise money over the next year while they wait for the appeal to the FDA.

Watching closely.

Anyone holding these should be aware that next year GSK's Trexima (combination triptan/Naproxen) and generic sumatriptan will enter the market. Frovatriptan may be worth significantly less than it is now.

The question needs to be asked, do the directors earn the massive salaries?

I'm not a happy shareholder now!!!
