Does this mean our shares still have a value and can be traded?

Correction.. It is common stock but if you look under markets it is OTCMarkets and not London like it used to be.

Good spot. That is interesting. I looked up OTC stock. Over The Counter and not a common stock on an official exchange like London where it used to be. They are obviously still solvent and need to trade the stock somewhere and can do so on the OTC without the need for a pesky broker or agent and also they do not need to meet the stringent reporting requirements for the normal exchange even if it is the AIM.

If you do a search for Urals in ADVFN you find the following: Urals Energy Public Company Ltd (GM) USOTC:UREYF OTC Markets Common Stock Ordinary Shares Cyprus

Does anybody know what it means. It is a new listing?

I guess they (Allenby) don't like to comment because they allowed someone to take a 45% stake in the Company; they then allowed that person to become the President of the Russian-based Company. They also stood by and watched that person concentrate power and control in that Russian Company to the extent that the BoDs of the holding company was completely powerless. They then ran away when things got too hot, hoping that no one would notice their key role in the whole debacle.

Just rang Allenby. Spoke to a very helpful lady. Unfortunately, most if the staff working from home, including the ceo (Nick Naylor). I emphasised, that i am aware that it is no longer their responsibility to provide advice/comms on the company but any form of informal advice/direction will be greatly appreciated. The lady was very sympathetic, she took my details and said she will email both, Nick and Alex explaining mine and the other shareholders predicament and ask if a steer or contact details can be provided for someone or an organisation who may be able to assist or help us out. Fingers crossed.

Ive emailed them a few times and also called the Russian office. They’ve confirmed they’ve been receiving my emails and have been passing them on to the person dealing with emails to respond. No response received to date.

On a positive note - marinetraffic shows a tanker offshore at Art

Things still progressing there it seems - whether we’ll ever get updated on that remains to be seen

Can't see it being a listing Darren. I dont think they want more investment which would mean diluting. Besides shareholders are a pain to them. When oil price returns to normal they would have enough income for just them and to progress steady.

Let’s hope it is a listing there, if so then we won’t be screwed - can’t really expect to get new investors onboard from the listing if they’ve ripped off shareholders from the past listing.

On a positive note, it looks like POO is increasing again. Seems like China is now back to almost pre-crisis consumption. Lots of people driving to work could potentially lead to even higher consumption. Downside is extra pollution.

Interesting Darren. I wonder if the crooks are trying to register there to dodge some kind of jurisdiction allowing them to keep all and be untouchable?

Did a google search of “urals energy” and looks like this website has appeared in the last couple of days..

hxxp://www.uralsenergy.ph

Would be interesting to know why there’s a Philippine listed website for the company now (even though there’s no content)

Unfortunately heard diddly squat from jpm, it had to be worth a try at least.
I will just wait for any possible news via my broker now.

It is highly likely that jpm will have written down their holding to zero once the share was delisted.
