25/9/2019 10:23 | Darren, you refer to voting on future resolutions. Under what circumstances would we be voting on any future resolutions as long as they remain delisted ? Surely they can proceed with whatever resolutions they wish without the knowledge, input, or even votes of any of us shareholders. I would love to be involved and see my share price rise from its current paltry USD cents (given in detail on a previous post).. But I don't see it happening so hence my genuine question. | 1in2deep
25/9/2019 08:14 | At the moment they havent done anything that we can legally hold them to account on, its just very bad form on their part to not keep other the other 56% of shareholders (i.e. the majority) in the loop on developments/events at the company. Especially given their promises before/immediately after taking over...and Mr Kononov's almost daily updates on Petrosakh site at the end of last year. If things like company accounts etc arent released on time then that is something they can be held to account on, i'm hoping it doesnt come to that and shareholders dont need to organise to get them to do this. They still have some time to get to that point but leaving it til the very last minute will not win any friends among the 56% when voting on future resolutions comes to pass. | darren81
24/9/2019 18:17 | Chav: When I suggested to form a shareholder action group to act and share cost so we can making the BOD know that we do exist , not many here "so-called shareholders" seemed even interested to discuss about it. So what you are all waiting for and making noises as if you do care about your investment and right?? How pathetic ! | whu0319
23/9/2019 10:57 | you're not exactly painting yourself in a very good light mnate if you're laughing at others misfortune. Anyways Yesterday was 7 months since the new lot took over and not a peep has been heard from them on any of the multiple events that have occured since then which, if listed, would have warrented an RNS. They were very quick to get updates out to us via Petrosakh site and circular at end of last year, when they needed our votes though. The longer this radio silence goes on they will alienate more and more of us and when the time coomes to vote again they should know that this will be taken into account | darren81
20/9/2019 15:12 | Alright Henry? | neftanik
17/9/2019 21:06 | If all the management of a listed company had to do to take it all for themselves was delist and, hey presto, the shareholders would just roll over and give up, then the entire system would collapse within days. | amargosa
17/9/2019 20:00 | Astorcourt: maybe you should keep your looser's opinion to yourself if you ever invested here at all !!! | whu0319
15/9/2019 12:03 | TIMAN, MATRA, EEL...…...no life after delist, move on. | astorcourt
15/9/2019 05:52 | IMO, we can embark on making noise of legal action via media and enquiring into the initial cost at same time, but first thing is to create an "UEN Shareholder Action Group" to gather total numbers of shares (verifiable)to back up any actions and potential cost...any one? | whu0319
14/9/2019 20:17 | Maximov was actually pretty good at comms when CEO - remember the conference call, interview with Proactive investors and his numerous interactions with the USG. I'm still not convinced there is anything tangible for a legal team to get to grips with yet. Apart from not much public info in 6 months (not illegal), what would the charge be? | amargosa
14/9/2019 11:29 | May sound a little crazy but is it worth trying to contact the russian media to highlight the concerns of the shareholders? Can include something along the lines.... the shareholders are discussing a collective stand to launch s legal battle. Any thoughts? | takeachance1
14/9/2019 10:48 | One of the directors, Maximov the former CEO was a master of the silent treatment to holders. A leaf out of his book is being used here. | chavitravi2
14/9/2019 06:46 | I also wrote to this corporate mailbox several times but had nothing in return. Guys, I still think if we don't do anything at all, BOD will have no pressure and our silence is encouraging them to keep ignoring us!! legal course, no matter how small the step is, looks like the only only way! | whu0319
13/9/2019 17:24 | Better have look what Cymains Job is! check the Homepage!! | wuusoo1
13/9/2019 16:34 | Maybe it's time to consider legal help | gaffer73
13/9/2019 14:53 | I have sent multiple emails myself without any response, so frustrating that they've acknowledged seeing them but not answered - especially given their comments on 22nd February RNS! | darren81
13/9/2019 14:30 | Well we now have their email address and from the call i made this morning know the emails are being received, so is there any mileage in other shareholders sending emails too, would that push them to respond? Just my thought. | takeachance1
13/9/2019 11:49 | Today is 6 months exactly since we got delisted and almost 7 months since the current board took over. It's also the day after bankruptcy hearing at Arktikneft was scheduled to be held (the arbitration website no longer lists it in same place though so unsure if it actually happened). I'm all for giving the new directors time to get the house in order but my patience is now being stretched. A lot has happened behind the scenes and there has been radio silence throughout, it really is high time that they update shareholders on current state of affairs. Their silence is appalling!!! | darren81
13/9/2019 10:23 | It just shows the arrogance of the bod, credit to you for your attempts takeachance. | martyn9
13/9/2019 10:20 | Yeah, that should ensure any future emails are directed to junk mail ))) | neftanik
13/9/2019 09:25 | Email this morning..... Good Morning, Please see below (previous emails attached), can you please provide an update. Regards | takeachance1 |
