I feel for genuine holders, I was one, but we would struggle with a UK registered outfit to unpick this mess and get anything back, so really best to accept that we all had some chance to sell in the run up to this suspension and removal and didn't.

Pop in every now and then for auld lang syne if you must, but otherwise it is a lesson to stick to tier one countries and companies unless you are a speculator.

Meldex happened nine years ago or so and its board is still active occasionally! Just one of dozens of dodgy companies that the FCA, FSA or whatever they were called before that (which in itself should tell you something!) do nothing about.

It would seem they have said screw you lot, it's all ours, you no longer exist to us.

My broker is Internaxx in Luxembourg who took over from TD Bank who must have been RBOS broker I cant remember now, but in any case it is Internaxx who are dealing with the registrars in Cyprus and Internaxx telling me that I have to pay the fee to the Registrar- load of bolloks considering they already stole my investment

Mine came through the post from hsbc even beforeI contacted them. So i just assumed its normal and a process a broker has to follow to issue the certificate to the investor once a share is delisted.

I have been battling for months to get a paper certificate issued for this dog and now the robbing registrars in Cyprus are demanding an 85 quid fee for the privilege! - Mafiosa the lot of them!

if you do contact the government office today, might be worth asking when the deadline is for Urals to submit accounts for 2018/hold AGM and what the implications ar eif they don't...

In an ideal world the board would have provided an update on these by now and we wouldnt have to check for ourselves but as more time passes, without a shred of info, the more necessary it becomes to look at alternative means.

Or It may be that they’ve already submitted them but not notified shareholders. This site indicates that we can request accounts

It's the issue price of the shares not the value of them.
