25/10/2019 10:38 | Morning topicel, i am now thinking if this company went bust how long would it actually take for the news to filter through to shareholders!! pathetic conduct. also rant over. | martyn9
25/10/2019 09:35 | 'bad form'. That'll do it! I feel for genuine holders, I was one, but we would struggle with a UK registered outfit to unpick this mess and get anything back, so really best to accept that we all had some chance to sell in the run up to this suspension and removal and didn't. Pop in every now and then for auld lang syne if you must, but otherwise it is a lesson to stick to tier one countries and companies unless you are a speculator. Meldex happened nine years ago or so and its board is still active occasionally! Just one of dozens of dodgy companies that the FCA, FSA or whatever they were called before that (which in itself should tell you something!) do nothing about. Rant over. Topicel | topicel

04/10/2019 09:44 | if you do contact the government office today, might be worth asking when the deadline is for Urals to submit accounts for 2018/hold AGM and what the implications ar eif they don't... In an ideal world the board would have provided an update on these by now and we wouldnt have to check for ourselves but as more time passes, without a shred of info, the more necessary it becomes to look at alternative means. | darren81
04/10/2019 09:29 | I would take a chance, but work commitments won't allow. | martyn9
04/10/2019 09:02 | I wouldn’t mind chipping in if, someone has the burning desire to fly out to cyprus/moscow as a rep for the shareholders and feedback. | takeachance1

03/10/2019 20:11 | Or It may be that they’ve already submitted them but not notified shareholders. This site indicates that we can request accounts hxxp://www.mcit.gov. With the apparent lack of any kind of update it may be worth checking | darren81

03/10/2019 14:25 | As shareholders i presume we can demand a copy of the recent accounts when available via the cyprus office?? | martyn9
29/9/2019 10:23 | It's the issue price of the shares not the value of them. | gaffer73 |
