The emails do not have to be too detailed, in fact, if you want you can copy and paste;

I am current shareholder in Urals Energy and I am extremely disappointed that we have not received any form of an update.

It has been approximately 10 months since the shareholders received the last update.

The shareholders voted in favour of the new board hoping that regular updates will be provided which was the failings of the last board.

In view of the above, can you please provide an update with regards to current status/value of the company, shipments, new nomad etc, either by responding to my email or by updating the website, which is currently down.

Thank you
xxxxx

I also suggest (please), other investors bombard the company with emails. Having spoken to the receptionist (+7 495 795 0300), all the emails are being received and are being forwarded to the person who is responsible (supposedly) for responding (yeah rite!) to the emails.

The email addresses are;

shareholders@uralsenergy.ru

And

info@uralsenergy.ru

Darren, thanks for your post. I have tried contacting Cyprus (+357 22 451 686) but can’t get through. I also sent an email to the address (uralsenergy@abchurch-group.com), but unfortunately received a undelivered message. I have resent another email to the Moscow office asking for them to respond or I will be contacting the media.......

Good Morning,

Can you please urgently get in touch with regards to the numerous requests I have made for an update.

If I do not hear from you then I will have no other choice but to forward all my emails to info@vedomosti.ru, the Russian media.

This page shows the accounts for 2018 havent been received yet

there are contact details on the site.

I tried a number of different numbers but no joy, would be good to know when the absolute deadline for submission is / when they legally are required to have an AGM...

im pretty sure that no russian tabloid is one bit concerned about the ongoings in this company mate, i would put that firmly to one side.

I'd say your time would be better spent trying to get company accounts for year ending 2018, try speaking to cypriot authorities for this, i tried a couple of times but didnt get much traction.

Its encouraging that they've got another shipment out so late in the year at Art and the fact that Petraco wouldve lent them the money to pay tax due - meaning that bankruptcy is hopefully no longer an option.

Less encouraging is the fact that the new website is down, hopefully this is temporary / they are doing maintanence prior to an update - we will hopefully get one of those soon...its only been 10 months since the last one!!!

Im trying to canvass investors thoughts here. How productive would it be to contact one or two tabloids in Moscow, to inform them how the shareholders are being treated. Genuine responses please.

I guess we'll have to agree to differ on that.

The website is still offline which is worrying! Hopefully they are updating it!!

Each to their own Darren. I live in Derbyshire, always voted labour, pushed into us from birth. I've been a union convenor and want to go forward not back. I was of the opinion it would take 19yrs put put things right after they had done not 9yrs !

his latest tweet looks encouraging (POO now up almost 2% on the day) but never know with this guy if that means he'll postpone

I guess they have a usual agrrement amaragosa, we're probably not in a great position currently to start dictating changes to ti.

its not a great state on affairs when you're dependent on Trump to deliver good news!

They would do well to consider fixing the price they get for the shipment now; another POO collapse in the next 5 days could finish A off.

The stake owned by private investors is so small it will be completely ignored.

Given we own a percentage of the company then we do have power, an EGM can be called if there is no movement from the board.

Looks like there is movement offshore now so hopefully the tanker is fully loaded.

Trump meeting trade advisors later today to confirm on postponement (or not) of tariffs on China starting 15th Dec - this should (theoretically) have a pretty big impact on the POO we receive...hopefully he delivers some good news for once

its a waiting game chav - the longer they leave updating us the more likely it is that people will vote against them as/when they require shareholder approval.

Its been almost 10 mnonths now since they took over, the honeymoon period has long since expired for me given the lack of update.

The trouble is chaps, is it doing us any good? Will we benefit by it or will we remain the long lost beneficiaries?
