Still compiling a list of shareholders here, if anyone holds who hasn’t contacted me in the last month please message me with your holdings and confirm whether it’s in paper form or nominee account...

Given the new board haven’t shown any concern for holders other than the main shareholder, it may now be time for us to look into ways in which we can obtain an update.

In an ideal world they’d update via the website tho.

I support a group getting together and would suggest we approach it from the angle of their reputations. I know some people will say they don't have any, but they do.They have some strong qualifications, most of which have a standard of integrity attached. We should also consider taking that angle too.Their behavior since taking over has been as outrageous as you could expect.

I think the absolute deadline for online submission is end of march for year ending 2018.

If that isn’t met then I think it’s time for shareholders to unite and force an update.

They’ll have been in the job for a year in a couple of weeks and the fact that there has been no update in that time is frankly scandalous, given the many things that have transpired (as found by PIs).

Push back on raising rates and cutting off tenants from electricity- tenant supplies diesel to the island so maybe they they’re trying to push out so Petrosakh can supply it instead.

Hopefully they find in our favour and doesn’t impact on the relationship between Kononov and the governors office.

Topical, the company is still trading and your shares still exist.

What has changed is that the company is no longer listed on AIM, so it is much more difficult to buy and sell shares in the company and the company no longer has to comply with the LSE listing rules.
