What they are most likely to do is take out loans secured against the assets and then default on the loans, thereby moving the assets to other legal entities. Shareholders here will get nothing.

I got through to Moscow office yesterday to chase up another email i sent. She said, the email has been forwarded and the person who responds to emails not in till Monday, so the Moscow office is still open.

I suspect they've been making loads of money, and will continue to do so!
Unfortunately LSE shareholder will only ever see losses in the accounts! IMO.

Take a look at ( RBD ) reabold resources, over 60% institutional held. It's just had a fund raise at .9 so all cashed up, Looks a good time to buy, I'm in.

Chav IF the company makes a profit at some point and starts paying dividends,we by law are entitled to as shareholders a payout.(if still trading)

I dont think it will go bust. The oil is there, the infrastructure is there and so is our money that's been siphoned off and will likely find it's way back to keep making THEM money in a steady flow till they capitalise on the new fields and wells.
It's all theirs guys and there isn't a thing we can do about it. Has Topicel says, just best to accept it and move on..
