The production is as has always been stated within the guidance. You obviously don't like guidance. Maybe it's because you didn't sell your holdings at the right time. At this price it's a steal. Move on is my advice. You post every day about a company that you now hold NO shares in.

Rahul is in danger of going down having done zero for investors.

1,470 days and counting into his term. On appointment, prior month production in Ghana was

JUB: 90,830 bopd
TEN: 48,854 bopd

Despite investing $1bn gross in Ghana on drilling, buying additional w/int and JSE development, shipping data would suggest current numbers for today are kind of

JUB: 90,000 bopd, or even under.
TEN: 18,000 bopd

In that time the share price has increased by Zero. It's actually fallen from 31.55p almost 1,500 days ago to below 31p today.

Net Zero Shared Prosperity!

What did he say on diversity and inclusion. That surely must be his top priority as shareholders sure are not

only person getting shareholder returns at net zero cost is Rahul ;-)

In fairness, Rahul does highlight successes in Net Zero, localisation, carbon footprint, ESG - just nothing much on oil production, zero on exploration and shareholder returns (the business he's supposed to be in.

Different take from the other side!

"An international tribunal has ruled in favour of Eni and Vitol in their long-running opposition to Ghana's attempts to impose a unitisation agreement on thier Sankofa field in the Offshore Cape Three Points (OCTP) block and Springfield Energy's Afina discovery in the West Cape Three Points 2 block.

However, Ghana’s Attorney General Godfred Yeboah Dame painted a different picture, saying the tribunal had rejected an alleged “$7 billion” compensation claim made by Eni and Vitol against Ghana’s government and its state oil company over the unitisation issue.

Benjamin Boakye, executive director of Africa Centre for Energy Policy (ACEP), a well-regarded research and advocacy group in Accra that has followed to dispute closely, said the $7 billion claim “is false”, arguing that the government decison’s to agree to arbitration was a “waste of the nation’s time”....."

Hopefully that last comment is a good omen for Tullow!

Press reports are now reading it's "when" not "if" Israel goes to war against Hezbollah. The latest news from SKY Israel has build a massive underground hospital and blood bank for mass casualties. Iran has said they will get involved so Oil will spike rapidly. USA has said they will support Israel to a degree but if it looks like a direct intervention by Iran then the US will be involved directly.
Pretty close to it all going to pot I would say.

Maybe this judgement isn't worth the paper it's written on? as the tribunal was in Ghana, whereas would imagine ENI's Production Sharing Contract stipulates an international tribunal for disputes? OTOH it seems ENI will have $40m/month redirected to an agreed account somewhere.

"“Springfield looks forward to working with Eni as the operator of the unitized field in maximizing the production and the economic benefits for all stakeholders, including the Government and citizens of Ghana”.....

yeah! Right!

Bit surprising (if you believe Ghana's take)

[Upstream] An international tribunal has rejected a $7 billion compensation claim — later reduced to $915 million — made by Eni and Vitol against Ghana’s government and its state oil company over the unitisation of an offshore oil and gas field, according to Ghana’s Attorney General.

However, Eni has not yet given its view of the tribunal’s decision — and Upstream understands that it will differ from Accra’s stance — but Ghana’s Attorney General Godfred Yeboah Dame described it as a “major victory”.

The dispute has its genesis in November 2019, when local player Springfield Energy made its Afina-1x discovery on the West Cape Three Points 2 block, just across the border from Eni’s Sankofa field in the Offshore Cape Three Points licence....."

Just as a matter if interest, afaics the Springfield block in question, is all formed from what TLW/KOS would have relinquished on a term renewal of their WCTP block. There were one or two small TLW/ KOS discoveries in that part of the block but deemed not worth developing.

83% is Brent. Generally speaking: the average of 5 days of Brent on date of bill of lading of a tanker cargo and subsequent 4 days (modified by whatever hedging is present. Less whatever undisclosed fee Glencore charge for marketing the crude).

"Tullow is also pleased to announce that it has entered into oil marketing and offtake contracts with Glencore for Tullow’s crude oil entitlements from the Jubilee and TEN fields in Ghana and the Rabi Light entitlements in Gabon which run concurrently with the notes facility agreement."

Last yr the actual realised discount to Brent: -$6.80.
Hedging maybe slightly more favourable this year.

TLW have dedicated cargos (not all cargos are TLW). Therefore you need to know if a specific cargo is TLW, or not and its date. The latest data for that, from Petrocom Ghana, currently is 6 months, and lengthening, out of date!

Gabon (17%) is Rabi Light
