02/1/2020 09:57 | agreed, post 38777 is a complete load of rubbish, especially as the oil price continues to rise which makes a much bigger difference to Tullow than it does to the majors This could finish blue today or tomorrow | ![]() yidarmytom
02/1/2020 09:55 | Stupmy2 Jan '20 - 09:49 - 38777 of 38781 0 1 0 Cash, can they really afford to continue exploration? Money out now, when on the face of it they have just about enough coming in to service debt, suggests more debt to me. Surely disposals, solving production problems, efficiency makeovers are the way forward for the moment? What an absolute load of tosh.... @ $60 per barrel there is enough to generate $150 Million FCF, after Group capital investment of $350 MILLION.... You are so far off the mark Strumpy you are lieing through your teeth. Stop... Please stop reading headline posts and trying to put together a post which suggests you know what you are on about.. Shameful. | ![]() whites123
02/1/2020 09:54 | whites, In the short term no, but longterm yes. The point is, any company with problems at operational level that affects production will raise questions about ability to service etc. Whether we like to admit it or not. A swing in OP can raise greater concerns. We saw this only a few years ago in these markets. Cash | ![]() cashandcard

02/1/2020 09:45 | The problem here is the debt, dispute in East Africa and the operational issues in their producing Ghana fields. A good course of action would be to selloff the East Africa assets which have resources/reserves to a larger player and concentrate on addressing the Ghana production issues. However, what they must NOT stop is the exploration, that is the lifeblood of Tullow and is where its opportunities arose and will continue to do so. By ditching an exploration asset, you achieve little but a relatively small amount in exploration savings. What you do however is disrupt the future growth and prospects of the company for years to come. Guyana is not the problem here. Its potentially a very lucrative asset IF they can get the model right. This small discovery actually derisks the block significantly, they just need to zero into the right spots. 02/1/2020 09:24 | SentimentRules2 Jan '20 - 09:19 - 38764 of 38765 0 0 0 70% drop. 20% day drops within that drop Not exactly the stuff of instilled investor confidence Falling knife? Clear out of gamblers Sentimentrules (Which by the way, it shouldn't do as research and understanding should rule) In fact far from losing investor confidence its gaining investor confidence.. (Samuel increasing his stake) It is however losing Gambler attention, which will provide for a more stable share price . Can you tell im bored at the moment... 02/1/2020 09:13 | Wildsheroo2 Jan '20 - 09:07 - 38761 of 38761 0 0 0. Missed it this morning, wasn’t expecting share price to recover so quick. Based on what? Guesses? I certainly was not expecting the drop to be so large.. I would have thought stop loss gamblers would have learnt a lesson. Good entry point? Well if you do your research, crunch some numbers you should establish your own great entry point. I will share with you quickly my good entry point: "Below £1.50 IMO represents an opportunity to add great returns during the course of a short term viewed 1 year". As we are significantly below my good entry point, i would consider it a steal and absolute bargain. DYOR etc.... (But you probably won't) :-) | ![]() whites123
