There has been some discussion in recent weeks about potential progress in Uganda. Tullow had tried to sell down its assets in Lake Albert to its partners, Total and CNOOC Ltd, but talks became deadlocked with the government over some tax issues. Total’s CEO Patrick Pouyanne recently held talks with Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni, which seemed to end positively. Given the ejection of the two Tullow executives, this may be over optimistic.

Who knows, maybe the new CEO will have better luck with Museveni? Have to admit, am devastated to see 40p. Cannot understand it's not like an emergency fund raising is required. I reckon we'll see 100p again but will long term holders ever get their money back...?

I think It may have been over done and may see some recovery but doubt it will regain half the losses over the coming weeks and settle in the 50s-60s range would that be fair?

The loons are out. See through their smoke and mirrors as all they want to do is buy at a lower price. If they didn't they wouldn't be wasting their time.

Shorts were in control today and maybe tomorrow who knows but this will recoupe much of today's losses I'm sure. It's all about having balls to hold and yes does t always pay off.

Just dont gamble with what you cant afford to lose I lost over £100k in the banks few years back learnt my lesson and I have been here well over 25yrs not for the faint hearted.
