02/2/2016 19:54 | NY Oil may well go down and Saudi and Russia will continue to produce as much as the can but the fact is that they will have to reduce with or without agreement. I believe will be without, both nation are not investing half as much in capex in the last year and more to come next, this will reduce production.[ same will apply to the major too] All the fraking company have reduced capex by at least 40% and in the fraking industry that account a lot more than standard as wells do not last as long and pick production last considerably less too. Saudi mature wells reduce by over 5% a year this will on a like for like basis reduce production and contrary to previous years Saudi are running at full capacity, very similar story for Russia. My estimate is shale will drop over 10% and Iran will increase less than 400k and the surplus will be eliminated. As price will start to recover new facility for store get in China will be available and from a situation of surpluses we will get a deficit very quick. As USA stock will start to reduce we will find out that a good percentage is condensate to poor standard and this will be another bullish factor. China will stabilise if not recover and oil demand will never be negative there. Major company will start to pay down debit done to pay dividends in 2014 to 2016 before investing in new projects. Then start to buy assets like Tlw and many more and this will increase personal production but not worldwide production. As I hope you can see there is a bullish case to be made on oil but more importantly oil may well fall further but at some point the share in the good company will bottom, I believe we have hit at 117 with Tlw but I am not sure poo has bottom yet. Ultimately too much production need 40+ to be sustainable in order for price to stay this loo for longer than 2016. Sentiments are slowly changing and people should be weary of it when they short Sorry for my English clearly not my 1st language Good luck | jovi1 | |
