Sorry for those who have lost out here. I just hope people now ignore Blondeamon. He/she has to be a plant - always positive on shares (normally only one at a time) doing lots of research encouraging pi's to buy while the price heads down and down - always topping up or buying more. Would anyone (who has been around ADVFN for 6 years) really invest in one share and continue to add more of their hard earned every time that one share goes down - has to be a plant. Did the same thing with CPR and now the same here.

My name is EmptyCup and I thought it was getting half-full.

Well, it has, but with the complete sh@te we have heard from the company in recent months and the slickness of JW is now too much to handle. He has none of my confidence and should probably spend some time Iran spinning them a tale or two.

Back to reality...

Ditch the distraction that Road Hawk & Route Numpty are. We've been saying it for too long and surely time has come to focus on fewer than three businesses. However, with little to go on, maybe the underlying FM/Telematics business is just too simplistic for any investment to be had. Tracking is no longer an art form. But data analysis is, and integrated solutions: both sorely lacking.

I know: let's build a new factory over the road and sink a few million into it - that's a good idea!

Unfortunately, some form of right-sizing looks to be most certain as they can't trade with the admin at the current level.

Some good people will go and hopefully those too who have made a nice wad from Trak who simply have stuck around too long and controlled the strategy.

What a shame and a sham.

I feel misled and I feel that the BOD needs to be replaced.

My name is Knowbodyyouno and I'm an addict too.

No choice but to hold on now. It's either that, or crystalise catastrophic losses.

I'd like to see a change at the helm. I feel misled, in terms of what was spouted at the AGM - the presentation and so on. JFW needs to step a side, IMO.

The whole BOD needs to buy in now and restore confidence. It'ss shameful that there have been no director buys today, from these millionaires that are telling us everything will be fine medium term.

Put your money where your mouths are!

Pull up a chair, grab yourself a coffee and let me tell you about Iran.

If you want to find out where your next meeting is, just use Route Monkey (you will be the only person who does!).

We have all lost a lot of money today but let us not lose our sense of humour!

I feel I would no be out of place at an AA meeting today (no pun intended). Here is my story....

As a result of today I am 80% down :( (average price 99p). For some stupid reason I still believe in the prospects of the company but am starting to think of it as a result of having Stockholm syndrome given the years of bitter disappointment. I, like most LTHs on here, no longer trust what JW has to say and will only judge the company on contract wins.

The share drop seems overdone BUT deservedly so given the way in which this board sugar coats and obfuscates everything - I am sure they only delayed mentioning EE for this purpose.

Even so, I do not intend to sell and wonder what the point would be anyway given the loss thus far.

I am an addict

Not that anyone believes a word they say anymore but on their estimate for full year sales the second half would deliver between 13.2m and 15m of revenue. That is obviously a huge jump from the first half. The chances of them doing you would have to argue are very slim given the track record. The company are going to have to pull a rabbit out of the hat here. I think equity raise is off the cards and they won't be able to pull it off without the whole management being booted out. So management may best be served by just trying to sell the company to a bigger player and that takes you back to what kind of strategic value you would put on TRAK's user base, technology and customers. Would have to think materially above where the current EV stands.

Just having a look, sorry to see the share price where it is and the Company what I class as mis-leading Investors and the Market.

Way to much bad history here for me, the Management have no credibility anymore, until the Board is changed it's on the bargepole list.

All IMO

Mmmmm...They have burned through over 2.5m cash in 6 months. Not going bust? The net debt is now very close(again) to their banking facility limit. If cash is not raised within a month or two, this company IS bust.Unfortunately they really haven't managed to produce a viable business model. The idea of the last cash raise was to restructure and start generating significant cash. The last raise mo eyes is all gone and t/o is massively down.Difficult to see any way out other than a takeover by a bigger co.CM

I wonder if he still owns those shares at this stage - my guess is that in reality alot of the selling has already been done via "independent" vehicles before the price tanked as a short - this is just window dressing so they keep pi's in the dark as to how they truly operate.

The revenue is almost 40% down and the admin costs have at best remained the same. There's no financial control in this business what-so-ever.

I refer you to post 1681 on 5th july'17

A lot of stocks getting hit 40-60% and showing little bounce -

That certainly is not positive for the future -

Not selling a single share.

They have relationships now active that could lead to the sale of millions of units.

Of course, I more than anyone want to see Sales, but these will come.

This could be a massive tree shake.

Takeover or Management buying will change this situation back as quickly as it happened.

Good Friday all and hold your nerve.

Bounce on the way!

Hard to stomach. 85% loss for me after buy rec. by "Trendwatch", but lucky I had halved my holding when still c. £1.

Sales team need to focus on insurance market IMO. This coy. can be turned around
but performance so far says it needs a fresh management approach.
Maybe an interested party could inject the right amount of cash for a 29.9% stake
and seats on the board, and shake up the company into a new mindset.
If I were involved I'd push for a priority sales drive to the insurance sector.

The darkest hours are before the dawn? Needs outside intervention to snap out of it.

I agree with Arthur these are not going bust. I would expect an update.Buying from management would calm the market and would propel this forward. It is interesting that no one jumped ship which is the normal warning sign so things may not warrant this 63% drop

They will be a takeover, very easy way to buy 250k users, lots of IP and great contracts in the Insurance, Telecoms and breakdown/Recovery space.

Watkins must have the whiskey out this morning though. Net worth just went from £4.2m to £1.3m. There goes his Christmas!
