19/11/2018 00:02 | blondeamon you're clutching at straws. Watkins has destroyed shareholder value so much, I very much doubt it is repairable. Good luck with your optimism. | dave2608
18/11/2018 21:12 | It has to be nip and tuck as to whether this company is toast. They're going to have to do well to get out of this pickle, good products or not. | dave2608
18/11/2018 19:19 | I think you summed that up nicely, thanks. I too am hopeful that JW will think about his equity stake..... | dc2
18/11/2018 18:21 | Blondeamon, I can't believe I am saying this BUT you can't state that JW is a bad CEO whilst highlighting the major client list obtained under his stewardship. I think he is probably an OK CEO who isn't interested in the fickle nature of the stock market. i.e. wants to run a business. That said, he takes too many risks (increase in manufacturing and associated staff costs during down periods, Iran etc) and yes, his communication skills suck. I would also add to my rant that the entire board needs a refresh. I like the Cowley's Tim and Maddie but keeping Shaftesbury is probably an indulgence for them and a cost for us. I also don't like the nepotism in the Watkins family. Whatever Mark brings to the table he is always going to be judged on this. If I were him I would be out proving myself somewhere else. | dc2
18/11/2018 18:10 | Can somebody please explain to me how £280k was spent trying to win a contract (in Iran). Is this just accounting convenience (write off everything that touched it including PAYE staff costs). Thanks | dc2

17/11/2018 15:23 | To be fair, his predictions have come true. Although not for the reasons he originally provided. | knowbodyyouno

16/11/2018 17:45 | You do your share of gloating, don't you. There's a well known phrase, what goes around comes around. Your nemisis gave you and trakm8 a good kicking today. I'll save your blushes for now. ? | slartybartfaster
16/11/2018 16:52 | Time to grab that beer and take a break. See you Monday chaps. | 40toolong
16/11/2018 16:50 | Agreed, Blonde looks like a plant, however the rest of the BOD look like vegetables...apologi | keepquiet
16/11/2018 16:07 | picked up a few for the bounce - Gambling on my part - | tomboyb
16/11/2018 15:38 | Incidentally, I fully expect that Trakm8 will be just one of very many companies that will be heavily punished if figures don't live up to expectations over the next few months. As we've seen numerous times already. Bear markets take no prisoners, particularly amongst illiquid small caps. Those trying to gloat should take note! | michaelmouse
16/11/2018 15:30 | Oh behave! They are not going bust. Being sold to the highest bidder perhaps, but not going bust. | 40toolong
16/11/2018 15:27 | Had another look at TRAK and I'm not sure they will survive. It looks to me like their incompetent management had no idea what was happening, so there might be more problems below the surface. I can't see them being able to raise more capital. Could be a benefit to QTX, he said selfishly. apad | apad |
