13/9/2018 08:34 | Do you fancy giving a summary? | dc2
13/9/2018 08:26 | I attended AGM and Investors event yesterday and spoke to Board. Topped up £20k at 1629h. | donhead
13/9/2018 08:09 | I don't agree with either of you - Blondeamon is an active shareholder willing to share whatever he finds, which I value. | dc2
12/9/2018 20:39 | Blondy provides nothing of value - never has. More jam than Robertson's. Think Watkins needs to stay and sort out the MDs of the three businesses but he does like to control and so might be hard for him to read the riot act, especially as one is his son. Watkins is a product guy and that does worry me as he does not see the value in the software and analysis that the millions of Trakm8-captured miles can bring. Lots of T8 staff have lost a lot more on this than Watkins in perspective and that is a shame. He, like the Cowley Bros has nothing to lose but reputation. | emptycup
12/9/2018 19:29 | Not sure why people keep holding on tight here - what is it now 85% off the highs and still going down | davr0s
12/9/2018 19:01 | michaelmouse - you say that Quartix has exited insurance. Just what was Trak banking on this as I seriously doubt they will recover volumes through standard fleet telemetry sales as their sales force are a farce! What has RoadHawk contributed! And RouteMonkey? in total, three businesses trying to offer a joined-up solution but acting alone and who knows how complex that is to manage. I reckon there has been no single customer purchasing all three. My advice: get the boffins working hard on new solutions; the Cowley Bros are quids in at any price and the Board need to offer something and yet are silent! Gravy train. | emptycup
12/9/2018 16:53 | Truth is we don't really know. And you're right, I was speculating somewhat optimistically. Nonetheless, I think what happened today was an overreaction. Still, only time will tell... | knowbodyyouno
12/9/2018 16:43 | KnowbodyA bit optimistic | tonybaloni
12/9/2018 16:00 | It's quite possible of course that today's news triggered a bunch of stop loss sells, whilst people were at work. | knowbodyyouno

12/9/2018 14:21 | "A share price of 60p is significant for a couple of reasons: 1. It is below the 65p/share capital raising of March 2017. Directors bought 950,000 shares in this placing. 2. It is below the 61p/share book value." I was having similar thoughts, although perhaps not so coherently. What is your take on what it means? | knowbodyyouno
12/9/2018 14:00 | At least we are good at something (top % losers) | dc2
12/9/2018 13:57 | A share price of 60p is significant for a couple of reasons:1. It is below the 65p/share capital raising of March 2017. Directors bought 950,000 shares in this placing.2. It is below the 61p/share book value. | pj0077
12/9/2018 13:44 | Blondeamon dumping his holding?! | pj0077
12/9/2018 13:27 | Looks like it could break the 60p barrier, i was hoping for a £1 to be in front of that though :( | keepquiet
12/9/2018 13:21 | have to admit its been an absolute dire few years. operationally the company seems a mess. product development has been poor, sales have been poor and costs out of control. Excuse after excuse. Time is up really. Guess it depends if JW wants to sell out from a position of weakness or wait until he is in a position of strength. Whether he is still alive when that happens is another matter. Could be a very long wait. | horndean eagle
12/9/2018 13:20 | In the 4/5 years I've been here, I don't think I've seen this sort of volume. | knowbodyyouno
12/9/2018 13:09 | A videocast of the meeting will subsequently be available on the Group's IR website. | tonybaloni
12/9/2018 13:02 | Will there be a video of the AGM for us to watch? | emptycup
12/9/2018 12:27 | These opaque, confusing, badly worded or however you want to describe these RNSs. Maybe these obfuscations are not the result of incompetence but of trying to spin a story that doesn't stand up to scrutiny??? | dave2608
12/9/2018 12:20 | The RNS looks like it was written 1 minute before it was published or after a drunken night out. Assuming it wasn't then what message were the board trying to send out. NoSugar on the LSE board makes the valid point that if things are marginally different then why the need to highlight it in a significant RNS statement. Are they just gently introducing to an upcoming problem and hoping the poor grammar in the statement hides it. | dc2 |
