They are not going bust, it's all about trading situations out in the market and the brexit issue, this share will fall below 15p or stop at 12p, company will turn around but it's going to take at least 18/24 month

There's also the distinct possibility that if trading doesn't improve substantially and soon that they'll go bust.

They need to get bought out by someone who knows what they are doing...

Get professional sales in place is my opinion as I reckon they have not broken out of the old school fleet management product sales mentality that, on the basis of lower revenue, is frankly going one way - downhill. My experience of Trak is that they have a great technical resource but have not yet worked out the sweet spot between the telematics, camera and optimisation businesses hence there is probably little integration and so more overhead

So many red flags that no one seemed to want to discuss with me. Lesson that it’s dangerous to focus on PRs with nice logo wins when the financial performance reported never reflects it (and actually sucks). I never understood it out but sounds like some smarter people on here figured it out before I or the market did. Happy to have avoided!

I'd cut my losses if I were a holder, sense a perennial poor performer

The board would rather sell than issue and be diluted, I think

They've surpassed even my bearish expectations today! I would have considered buying them at this price if they were still doing just about ok, but now they are doing abysmally.

This has to be one to avoid, surely.

Its astonishing how incompetent and useless these guys are. The amount of money they have poured into r+d and they have sweet FA to show for it. Financial management is appalling. There was no way they were going to meet forecasts and yet they carried on peddling it out even at the agm. Totally deluded and incompetent. Either management need to be totally refreshed and existing lot kicked out or the company needs to be put up for sale. Its astonishing they keep on spending as they do expanding operations etc when there seems to be sweet FA success in sales and marketing. An acquirer could easily wring out some huge savings so would have to think its strategic value is a lot higher than current share price suggests. Whether management run into the ground even more before then is another matter. Truly shocking.

Yes, but now it's loss making. How long will it take to turn that around. Doesn't sound imminent from the trading update.

Well.

Hat off to the person who recently said about the share price halving. Looks like they were right.

No choice but to hold on here.
