You hear very little about Route Monkey these days. Bought apparently not for their past performance but for their potential performance. (Initial consideration of £5.4 million in addition to a £1.7 million repayment of a company loan, costing Trakm8 £7.1 million.) So how's RM's potential fared this last two and a half years? Surely they've been given a reasonable amount of time to start shining? Are they making a positive contribution or proving a drain on resources?

All resolutions passed, unless someone sees an old dude in an “Oxford University” jumper hailing an uber (great tech btw) I think he is still in.

Is anyone from this board going to the presentation? Live updates on key facts if possible....?

I am struggling with the motivation for increasing the manufacturing volume. Whilst 40toolong quite rightly pointed out the client's demand is less my concern is that Trakm8 over supplied using the existing capacity.

I am still in and remain a long term [suffering] shareholder.

Been buying this morning. I think TRAK must have a decent amount of strategic value. I understand John was quite ill last year. He probable doesnt want to hang around too long and will want an exit. Hopefully at a big premium to current price.

Both barrels from a PI? Watkins will no doubt attempt to wriggle his way out of it, spinning how it's all just an unfortunate series of events and that the long term future is rosy. The jam will be tantalisingly just out of reach yet again. Patience required! We've been hearing this type of rhetoric for quite some time......Now back to the real world.

Watkins is a first class idiot, still hasn’t learnt the fact trakm8 is not his family business but he is answerable to shareholders. Hope he gets the boot!

RIP TRAK I used to trade this from 40p to 200p. Sad what's happened to the company due to an incompetent board. Never seen such a confusing message in a brief RNS. Not a holder but wish you all good luck I don't see a bright future unfortunately.
