And also you keep banging on about demo production. It is not demo production, it is full scale commercial production. Once the first capsule is built and producing they go onto the next and the next and so on. Again more twisting of the facts to suit your agenda.

You are a blatant liar and despicable character who has no morals. You are follwed by a few who just like to argue or who have sold and are now desperate to see it fall.

lol,

of course they have to design the thing, its the first one ever ! you dingbat.

However it is only a larger design of an already tried and tested smaller model.

You are clutching at straws and you know it. Why all of a sudden are you posting about this ?. Oh, yes I know why. It's because everything else you have been banging on about has been proved wrong time and time again.

The permit will take years... wrong, its approved.
Sitla approval will hold it up .... wrong, it's approved.

Now you are clutching at the design of the capsule. lol you are pathetic.

Harrissen - What exactly is your problem with this announcement from over 2 months ago which states that the work on design has been ongoing now for 9 months ?

Red Leaf have stated their production timetable, why do you feel qualified enough to question it ?

... You seem to be getting short on things to post

...........................

MY PROBLEM IS YOU AND YOUR RAMPING PALS REFUSE TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT RL ARE ALREADY YEARS BEHIND WITH THEIR COMMERCIAL PRODUCTION FORECASTS. THEY SAID LATE 2012 EARLY 2013 FOR FULL SCALE COMMERCIAL PRODUCTION. THEY WILL NOT HAVE THE DEMO PRODUCTION PROGRAMME STARTED BY 2013 NEVER MIND BEING OPERATING AT FULL SCALE COMMERCIAL LEVEL. AND TOM WILL BE 27 MONTHS BEHIND RED lEAF FOR THEIR FIRST PRODUCTION ACCORDING TO THE tom MANAGEMENT!
SO GET YOUR PROFESSIONAL ANALYST TO DO THE MATHS ON THAT ONE, SKIDBOY RAMPING GANG!!!!!

rmart, the design is still on the drawing board - perhaps in your confused little world you think starting construction of plant before the design is complete is the way to do things but unfortunately for you it doesn't work like that in the real world!
You and your ramping pals ignore the bits that don't fit your ramping agenda like turning a blind eye to the fact that the conditional permit has been granted to allow RL to demonstrate that the ecoshale technology will actually work at full scale commercial production level. Why you refuse to acknowledge this is beyond me everybody reading my posts and other like posts on here are fully aware of the situation and know that you and your pals are trying your damnedest to spike this stock so that you can trade in and out. You are fooling nobody. Any points I make exposing your lies are immediately attacked by you and your no-mark pals. Coming up with silly little calculations without any solid back up shows what callous individuals you are. You think that by keeping the spotlight on Red Leaf will make investors think TOM is advancing every time Red Leaf get a bit more of their conditional permit confirmed but TOM are a different company entirely and are already in dire straits because of the delay in getting the ecoshale technology proved up to commercial level. TOM had estimated that it would be 27 months from the time RL completed their first full scale development till TOM would be ready to start their first capsule extraction programme. It now seems Red Leaf may not complete the demo production until about 2017 so you are looking at another 5 years at least before TOM start earning - meanwhile they must dilute and dilute to remain solvent. They stopped trading a few years ago because they went insolvent they have a more that serious chance of it happening again within the next two years! And that is a very conservative estimate UMO!

Hatch has been retained by Red Leaf Resources to assist in the commercial implementation of a new technology, designed to lessen fossil fuel reliance through the production of liquid transportation fuels.

Red Leaf Resources, based in Salt Lake City, Utah, has developed a technology to produce liquid transportation fuels from oil shale in an economical and environmentally friendly manner. This new process, called the EcoShale™ In-Capsule Technology, will help alleviate dependence on conventional fossil fuels by using alternative resources to meet growing demand.

Hatch is assisting Red Leaf with the first commercial implementation of EcoShale™, which will be used at an oil shale resource in eastern Utah – nearly 17,000 acres for which Red Leaf has acquired oil shale mineral rights.

EcoShale™ saves scarce water resources by using a low water-to-oil ratio (0.36) in its process. It also protects groundwater and allows for rapid site reclamation. The technology roasts oil shale in earthen capsules and uses conventional mining and construction methods to produce an oil product that requires no coking.

Hatch is applying computational fluid dynamics and mathematical modeling to design the 10-acre capsule. We are also designing a processing facility with a daily capacity of 9,500 barrels of oil and 15 million standard cubic feet of gas.

The Calgary office is working on the project. The project began in June 2010 and is ongoing.

SITLA is another step in the bag. Just the water permit now and it is all systems go.

I wonder what Harrissen and co will come up with after that ? I await the next comedy sketch.

CCS. I don't keep posting on here. It is my weekend sport called harrissen the horrible liar-baiting. If you were a decent poster we would see you challenging harrissen's lies. So, why let you back on a BB where all you do is rant at skiboy, and before his retirement SK.
What research and information would you bring to skiboy's thread?

thebodsta - just read the other thread. This one is infiltrated with people that are either shorters, hold no shares in TOM, or just hate posters that hold shares. Viscous, nasty lying types, with nothing better to do with their lifes. The information you need will be found on the other thread, and Skiboy posts facts on here, which the liars and shorters hate, as it exposes their lies. They have an agenda of one form or another. Read Bluejay on the other thread, he used to run a $3 billion hedge fund in New York and knows what he is talking about. They hate him on this thread. harrissen is basically an obsessive compulsive, unemployed tw*t with nothing better to do all day but post rubbish.

Now for a game of golf.

FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO MAY THINK TOM AND RED LEAF ARE THE SAME COMPANY AS IT IS THE TOM BB AFTER ALL - FORGET IT!

RED LEAF IS A TOTALLY DIFFERENT COMPANY THE ONLY CONNECTION IS TOM HAVE PAID RL £1M FOR THE USE OF THEIR ECOSHALE TECHNOLOGY ON THEIR LICENCE BUT RL MUST FIRST PROVE IT WORKS COMMERCIALLY BEFORE TOM CAN EVEN BEGIN TO THINK ABOUT OILSHALE PRODUCTION - THIS IS ANOTHER LITTLE SNIPPIT THE LYING RAMPING SKIDBOY GANG WOULD LIKE TO HIDE FROM YOU. TOM IS LOOKING AT ABOUT 5-10 YEARS BEFORE THEY CAN BEGIN PRODUCTION AND ONLY THEN IF ECOSHALE ACTUALLY WORKS! A LONG TIME FOR A COMPANY TO BURN CASH WHICH CAN ONLY BE ATTAINED BY DILUTING A COMPANY WITH ALREADY 1.5 BILLION SHARES IN CIRCULATION!

harrissen, you look more stupid every day, if that were possible. Rob Herbert the Section Manager of the Utah Groundwater Discharge Section told me that ecoshale produced no groundwater discharge. However, they will probably go for the permit. How can you not give a groundwater discharge permit if there is no groundwater discharge? I know that tests your limited intelligence and that you probably don't understand something so basic and logical as that.

LOL! TD shows how warped your thinking is and how obsessed you are whenever I post as you always have to say something irrelevant. Are you my stalker then? As ever nothing to add or to say on progress with RLR or TOM, just his usual little stupid snidey personal comment about me. If I am making a lot of noise, then what is harrisen doing? My first post on here for over a week, in between he has posted well over 50. Where is the logic in your post? Stop fretting over what I say and start to deny the lies and perpetual bile written on here by harrissen and his cohorts. Back on filter. Don't reply, as you will only continue to bore the pants off of anyone that reads the bile on here posted by harrissen.

Everyone should stop worrying about the appeal. It is 100% going to fail.

It would not surpise me if the water permit was granted before the appeal hearing date. That IMO is why the appeal hearing date was set for may.

......................

Another turkey who should read skidboy's post 7399 above and check out this extract:- ""Pleased be advised that you must also obtain approval from SITLA and any other appropriate agency before beginning mining operations!""

So the DOGM permit is only one of many bridges to cross but the idiots on the skiboy ramping team want you to believe once the DOGM permit is cleared RL can go straight in to commercial production - what a bunch of lying monkeys!!

Just working on the proposed 80m barrels recoverable on holliday via the 9500bopd plant.

If you just get $3 per barrel (probably the lowest ever price for oil in the ground) Then you get $240m/£1.55 = £154m which is 6x current share price

And that is a crazy valuation.

....................

LOL! 9500bopd plant?

What 9500bopd plant?
Surely not the one that is still at the design stage on the drawing board as of January 2012?

the leases for mining of oil shale were awarded by sitla. They get the royalties. So now your tactic is to try and imply they will stop the mining of the very product they issued the leases for.

..........................

Try this for size dimbo! All the nonsense about production by 2013 from you and the 'expert' analyst and the bloody design of the capsule and the processing facility is still on the drawing board!

The conditional permit allows Red Leaf to demonstrate that the ecoshale technology actually works, you buffoon - nothing more!
