This is the bit the skiboy10 ramping gand pretend does not exist! It contains the dreaded 'DEMONSTRATION' word and blows all their ramping doda out of the water as far as a commercial production permit is concerned!!

Red Leaf must FIRST DEMONSTRATE THAT THEY HAVE THE ABILITY TO OPERATE AT COMMMERCIAL PRODUCTION LEVEL!!

First Day of Dealings



TomCo Energy Plc ("TomCo" or the "Company") today announces the commencement of dealings in its ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange (LSE: LSE.L - news) .under TIDM code TOM.. The Admission of TomCo follows a £3.5 million fundraising under a placing and open offer, the completion of which was announced on 1 July 2011.



Highlights

· Independently assessed 230m barrels of potential recoverable kerogen oil, including 123m barrels at Holliday Block of Indicated Resource targeted for development

· £3.5m raised to fund continued development at Holliday Block, Uintah County, Utah, USA and Working Capital

· Acquired the means of production through closing of $2m technology licence with Red Leaf Resources Inc for the EcoShale™ In-Capsule Process technology for the extraction of oil from oil shale



Overview of TomCo

TomCo is focused on the development of and future production at the Company's oil shale project in the state of Utah, USA. The Company intends to use the EcoShale™ In-Capsule Process, an innovative technology developed by Red Leaf Resources Inc ("Red Leaf") to extract oil from the Company's oil shale leases ("Oil Shale Leases"), which comprise approximately 2,919 acres in the Uintah Basin, Utah, where oil shale resources are widely distributed within sedimentary rocks of the Green River Formation.



SRK Consulting (UK) Limited ("SRK Consulting"), the Competent Person whose full report is set out in the admission document, estimates that the Oil Shale Leases located on the Holliday Block contain an Indicated Mineral Resource as defined by the JORC Code, of approximately 123 million bbl, which have the potential to be exploited using the EcoShale™ In-Capsule Process.



The EcoShale™ In-Capsule Process

Oil shale is mined and placed in a large clay lined "capsule". The surface area is approximately 12 acres with a depth generally less than 100 feet. Expendable heating pipe loops are placed in the capsule with the oil shale. External blowers are used to force the hot flue gas from natural gas burners through the pipe loops to heat the oil shale. Heating oil shale to recover oil and gas is a long proven and reliable process. Collection pipes are located at the top and bottom of the capsule to recover gas and oil respectively. Upon depletion, the pipes in the capsule are sealed to prevent water contamination and the capsule is covered with top soil and seeded with native vegetation. The key design challenge is extracting the oil and gas from the capsule.

I saw that Barker. Richard Bacons ordeal reminded me of our very own Clown Prince. I liked it when he confronted that guy in the street. He was so cowardly when it was face to face. Just a very sad, socially incompetent individual. I'd like to give him a piece of what for, but he's not worth my time.

If you want to see social incompetence pal look around you at yourself, yaris, noli, and rmart, for starters!
Four persons of limited intelligence who cannot understand that by pretending the word 'DEMONSTRATION, does not exist in the documentation drawn up for the Red Leaf large mine permit is only fooling themselves! Anyone with the slightest savvy will find them out when researching the series of events that follow each other before Red Leaf can achieve commercial production. The next benchmark is proving by demonstration that their technology will work safely at commercial level up to 9.5k barrels per day.
Another benchmark for TOM is figuring out a way to raise capital to fund the cash burn until Red Leaf start production if they ever get that far that is!!

Spec, I, and I think many, share your frustration. But, today is perhaps the most important day since we relisted for, if Red Leaf's planning is unappealed, then we are all systems go.
We should see a TOM RNS re this Wednesday, or Thursday, after they have officially been informed by Red Leaf.

The appeal is of no importance now. Once it became established that the permit only allows RL to stage a full scale production DEMONSTRATION the appeal became redundant because Red Leaf have now been in effect told get out there and PROVE this ecoshale technology actually works before they can move on to commercial production.
Meanwhile, TOM have to just sit and wait -AND BURN CASH TO STAY SOLVENT!!

You are a waste of time! You are still unable, or don't want to accept, that Living Rivers will not appeal because there is no point at this stage. The ball is now firmly in RL's court they have got their permit to stage a full scale production DEMONSTRATION to prove they can produce oil on a commercial scale as they claim they can. Living Rivers is probably now convinced that they will NOT suceed and are leaving them to flounder in to oblivion in their own time! If you have the tiniest bit of savvy you should be more concerned about how TOM is going to remain solvent without income for the foreseeable future - I would, if I was invested in them!

Their decision has never been completely reversed, but the Board has sometimes asked for the operator to provide additional information. That additional information has sometimes been fairly extensive, but usually not.

Good time to sell spec7. We should hear about any appeals tomorrow. If none then RLR have their mining permits, and ecoshale as an approved system. That could open the way for the RLR JV with a major IOC to be announced. Also make TOM's permits a lot easier. Director's away on corporate business. AGM next month. Waiting for the SRK upgrade to a 'measured' resource. Once ecoshale has proven its ability to produce oil on a commercial scale, then TOM's Holliday Block's oil can be valued at $10 per barrel, i.e. $,1230,000,000 worth of oil. Throw in the other 100 million barrels for nothing. Could get an share price of 50p. If you sell on, at least we won't have to put up with your daily gripe about, 'waiting for news for 5 months'. WSX looks good to me. After all you are only looking for a small profit here.

Remember this demo will be monitored closely and any anomaly will result in suspension of the demo

I was told by Numis over a week ago to expect an rns last week, nominating the date for the AGM expected in April. Since then we have been told that the FD was away for a week on company business, that the other directors were also away on business. What business could that be? As everything was reported in the last operational update as being ongoing, we can only guess as to what that 'business' could be. My guess is that since the RLR permits approval then it could very probably be a JV or a take-over or a buyout. aimho.
