SueYou do your own research, then you can blame no one else if you get it wrong. It is nothing to do with production but getting Red leaf up and running, then TOM will probably be sold on. If they go into production, it will be 2 years before Rockhopper.

.......................

LOL! Nothing to do with production says the idiot who has been claiming RL would be in full production by the end of 2013!
I exposed his lie by posting the truth about Red Leaf which is they must first do a full scale demonstration to prove their technology actually works and is environmentally safe before they are allowed to produce a single pint of oil!

See that loser brabazon making himself look a prize clown on the mong thread, it is so sweet when they are shown for what they really are the parasites.

We will be blue tomorrow me thinks, question is how much?

Either way after todays news from Noli, I am not trying to sell any and buy back cheaper, as when "official" news lands it will spark another round of buying.

I will give Komlosy one thing, he was very very sure the large mine permit would be granted to Red Leaf he was right.
.......................

I would be careful who you call a mong if I were you! Ignorant low life!

Is the permit granted? Read noli's illegal posting again and you will find it will only be granted if the water board first issue RL with a water permit or a letter to say they don't need one! Baza has very neatly passed the buck - a classic politician's move in election year - he can't be blamed for not giving the permit and lose votes from the red necks if the water board are to blame for not issuing a water permit.

'so lets call the feud off and work for the advancement of our company'

What feud?? I don't call your constant bad-mouthing of certain individuals a feud - more a case of nastiness and disrespect on your part!

"There is nothing new here ffs just a reaffirming that the permit will be issued 'subject to' etc., etc."

"How did noli get hold of this news?
It is insider dealing on a massive scale –"

"nothing new here" = "insider dealing on a massive scale"?

So which are you going for?
Both cannot be true. FACT

For an appeal to succeed you have to come up with new evidence - and of course a significant amount of money to fund it. You might have thought that they would have put all their efforts and money into the first objection.

Of course I could be wrong but I doubt it.

A good thing about the notice period for appeal is that it expires soon and when that happens will be a further bit of good news in the short term to highlight the opportunities with this stock and give it even more of a lift.

The share price should now rise to 3p quite quickly and hover there until the JV or RLR fund raising is announced.

Thereafter my expectation is 8p and a buy out.

Never trust anyone who keeps putting the word FACT at the end of nearly all their sentences. This is so funny reading this thread! Whooohooohaha!!!

.....................

Bloody hell! Another dimbo! They must have all been let out at the same time tonight
So are you saying this is not a fact?!
You should tell Baza immediately because he thinks it is!

brabazon3 - 5 Mar'12 - 16:20 - 7029 of 7154
Baza cannot issue anything until RL first get the water board permit and send a copy of it to his office - THAT IS A FACT!

All the skiboy gang and other deluded rampers who think an RNS re Red Leaf permits and/or contracts is going to appear any time soon should copy and paste this (below) in to your address bars and get some real facts under your scrawny belts for a change! The amended permit app. to the Utah.gov only got acknowledged on the 11th Jan. 2012 nothing can move forward until R.Leaf get it ratified and send it back to Utah.gov! This could take 12 months! and this is just one of the permits RL require!

The DWQ report supports living rivers objection to the mining permit.

It is another nail in the coffin of the Red Leaf large mine permit application imo!

Appeals cost money so don't expect one. News will come once the notice period is over I think. Can't see a JV partner like Total not taking the opportunity to snap up TOMCO on the cheap. All depends on what return the major shareholders are looking for.

.......................

You know sod all - an appeal is a dead cert!

The DOGM are playing politics in an election year. The water board will put a stop to the permit nonsense once and for all.
They are nonpolitical and will have to disallow the water permit - too much opposition from the tree huggers!
