So if everything is passed and ready to rock why hasn't the name of the multinational who is supposed to have signed a JV with RL being announced?
Without the cash to proceed with the production DEMONSTRATION in place RL are up the spout with a paddle permit or no permit!
My guess is neither Questerre or the multinational were aware that Red Leaf still had to stage a full scale production demonstration and they would have to fund it!

In my opinion there is no need for further objection from living rivers the ball is now in RL's court as they have committed to proving they can produce full scale production on a commercial basis.
All they have to do now is convince the partner to put up the cash and deliver the goods - easier said than done!
RL have no security to offer if the demo fails to produce and any JV partner will at least DEMAND the option to pull the plug on the whole thing at the first sign of failure! - no point in throwing good money after bad!

Yaris is a confirmed liar and relentless ramper he is totally unreliable and once he has decided on a course that he believes a share price should follow nothing will convince him he could be on the wrong track. He ignores everything that may go against his aspirations and will lie openly to defend his stance how ever ridiculous it becomes!
His continual denial of the existence of a 'demonstration' production period while at the same time unwittingly agreeing with it in his disjointed arguments to support his stance indicates to me at any rate he could be a bit of a raving lunatic who needs to have a bit of counselling if the truth be told!

Language mixy, language! Your stupidity is remarkable I have to say.
Every time you open your mouth you shoot yourself in the foot and frank my claim that RL must first demonstrate they can produce at full scale in a safe environment.
Here is what you say above:-

That has been my argument from the start wet brain!
They must first 'DEMONSTRATE' that their ecoshale contraption works on a full scale commercial basis. If they fail to do that they are down the pipes and TOM go with them!
Of course if it works and is safe to proceed then any oil produced during the demo period will go to market! Do you think I was saying the DOGM would flush it away and make them start again? Stupid little man!!

Pilot Test
The test of the EcoShale™ In-Capsule technology was carried out in the Uintah Basin in Utah. The field test pilot validated the technology modeling and engineering design aspects. The process produced a high quality product with a prompt oil that was approximately 29 API gravity, about 65% paraffin + naptha, and about 12.6% hydrogen. A condensate liquid was also produced with an approximate 39 API gravity, about 55% paraffin + naptha, and about 12.9% hydrogen. Sulfur content was approximately 2,200 ppm and nitrogen content was about 1 – 1.2 wt%. The oil produced contained almost no entrained solid fines from the shale ore. Red Leaf Resources anticipates that the EcoShale™ In-Capsule Process will be scalable for the levels of oil production specific to individual properties. Capsules (or, impoundments), which contain the hydrocarbon treatment zone, can be sized in various ways so as to facilitate desired project volume production or to match initial capital or equipment requirements. From smaller impoundments that produce a few hundred barrels per day, to enormous impoundments which produce thousands of barrels per day, the process scalability and internal rate of return on capital will be an ongoing benefit to the company.
