17/3/2012 11:18 | harrissen - Can't you just wait a couple more weeks to see what the official news releases actually say instead of waging a continuos 'yes it will' 'no it won't' argument. RL Licence, RL JV, TOM resource, possible TOM TO is what we all basically want (and expect).. get ovet it !!!!!!! | georgio44
17/3/2012 10:39 | From the Red leaf teaser document:- The Offering: The Company is seeking to raise $100 - $150 million of new equity capital which it intends to use (i.) to conduct development work for the Company's commercial development program in Utah in conjunction with its joint venture partner initially yielding an estimated 9,800 barrels of oil per day (production expected by early 2014); New capital to be used to finance joint venture production operations, commencing with a 9,800 bbl/d project in the Uinta Basin (production to begin in early 2014) Robust project economics (approximate all-in cost of $37.75/barrel excl. transportation costs) F&D costs of approximately $5.50 per barrel Anticipated expansion to ~100,000 bbl/d by 2018 So, Dopey donkey, it is a JV partnership to do the development work. Are you suggesting that Shell or whatever are going to wait until 2018 before releasing the $400 million dollars? You are basically saying that black is white with your interpretation of the Red Leaf teaser document. You go from pathetic to abject distorted lies. Have you taken your pills today? You know the ugly ones? | yarisverso
17/3/2012 10:30 | yarisverso - 17 Mar'12 - 09:20 - 7330 of 7330 More lies from the resident donkey- "Strange how the only person supposedly telling the truth is a donkey and all the experts have got it wrong." .................... The donkey was the only person telling the truth about Petrel Resources! Which you now know to your considerable cost - innit mixy? | harrissen
17/3/2012 10:26 | yarisverso - 17 Mar'12 - 09:20 - 7330 of 7330 More lies from the resident donkey- EcoShale In-Capsule Technology I do believe that it says. 'The technology requires no process water,' More lies uncovered from the resident donkey. You still haven't answered the question. 'Who is the Major Oil Company?'. It doesn't matter who it is really, because they are going to commit $400 million dollars to the RLR cause. Will that be delayed until 2020, donkey? You will look an even bigger donkey than ever, when it does turn out to be TOTAL. Well, that is what Perella Weinberg say anyway, but it looks as if PW have now joined the disjointed donkeys list of liars along with Living Rivers. Strange how the only person supposedly telling the truth is a donkey and all the experts have got it wrong. Could someone, a very ugly donkey, be living in a bubble (full of halitosis breath.) .................... No 'process water' idiot! How do yu think they are going to reseed the landscape after production is finished in each capsule without using water? If it doesn't matter who the major is why are you and your ramping pals continously saying it is TOTAL then? Why lie about it if it doesn't matter? I say it again: No multinational will sign a $400m agreement to finance a demo!! In you dim halfwitted world all things may be possible but in the real world it doesn't work like that? Why are Red Leaf trying to raise $100m? How much of the licences will a major want in return for an investment of $400m? Does any of this register in the matchbox you have for a brain? | harrissen
17/3/2012 09:20 | More lies from the resident donkey- EcoShale In-Capsule Technology Red Leaf Resources, Inc. has developed the EcoShale In-Capsule Technology to economically and environmentally produce high quality liquid transportation fuels from oil shale, oil sands, coal, lignite and bio-mass. The EcoShale In-Capsule Technology involves heating mined shale in a closed surface impoundment, or capsule. The process relies on conventional mining and construction methods and produces a bottomless oil product that requires no coking. The process produces a shale oil with a much higher concentration of middle distillate than West Texas intermediate crude. Two synthetic shale oil products are produced: (1) prompt oil of approximately 29 API gravity; (2) condensate oil of approximately 39 API gravity. The oil and condensate produced with this process have no fines and have very low acid numbers. The technology requires no process water, protects groundwater and vegetation, uses low temperatures for heating and allows for rapid site reclamation. The resultant product is a high quality feedstock with an average 34 API and no fines. The process also results in synthetic natural gas production allowing for energy self-sufficiency. I do believe that it says. 17/3/2012 07:26 | Poor old dopey donkey harrissen gets his filthy knickers in a right twist at times. I didn't say RLR production in 2012, but his newest best friend Living Rivers did last weekend which he was quoting and posting all weekend. Now the donkey is saying that no production from RLR until 2020 after a Shell in-situ demonstration. So, obviously Living Rivers must join the list of liars, and the resident donkey doesn't understand the difference between an in-situ process and ground-surface mining Incidently, as the donkey says that there is no involvement by TOTAL with RLR or TOM, then which major are RLR and Questerre referring tohere? OOps it has gone up to $400 dollars now by a super major (anyone but TOTAL according to our resident donkey) The letter of intent also contemplates that Questerre will acquire an equity interest in Red Leaf through participation in the company's planned financing. Subject to participation by a super major for approximately US$400 million, Questerre would invest US$25 million | yarisverso

'Shell successfully recovered 1,700 barrels of high quality light oil plus associated gas from shallower, less-concentrated oil shale layers' .................... riverdiver is another liar from the same lying stable as yarisvesco and skidboy! He is the full article he edited to suit his stupid ramp! (THE 'HIGH QUALITY LIGHT OIL' CONSISTED OF DIESEL, JET FUEL, AND GAS!) Technology Learn more about Shell's innovative In situ Conversion Process, Freeze Wall Test, Leases, and other research activities. . In situ Conversion Process Freeze Wall TestR & D Leases Researching Shell's patented In situ Conversion Process has yielded exciting results. Shell carried out a small field test known as the Mahogany Demonstration Project South on its private property in Rio Blanco County, Colorado, using an in-ground heating process to recover oil and gas from the shale formation. Field results from past research, as evident in the MDP Research Chart, have matched our predictions, giving our engineers confidence in the In situ Conversion Process. On only a 30 x 40 foot testing area, Shell successfully recovered 1,700 barrels of high quality light oil plus associated gas from shallower, less-concentrated oil shale layers. Our research to date has demonstrated that our In situ Conversion Process (ICP) works technically on a small scale - what remains is to prove it can work commercially. Shell will continue to set a high industry standard for public participation, environmental protection and community enhancement in an effort to ensure oil shale is done the right way. We aim to advance the technology systematically to the point at which an application could be made to convert the 160-acre RD&D tracts to commercial leases. A commercial decision would be middle of the next decade and possibly later depending on the sequence and outcome of research activities. | harrissen

16/3/2012 11:50 | yarisverso - 16 Mar'12 - 11:20 - 22714 of 22714 stevedawn - 14 Mar'12 - 16:36 - 22577 of 22618 Just come off the phone with Richard Gotla, one of Tomcos PR people. He advised me that Mikka Haromo, Tomcos Financial Director is currently away on company business and has been for over a week as have some of the other Tomco management, but would not state where or what. I asked when Tomco are going to announce the Red Leaf Large Mining Permit approval as this is significant news for Tomco. He stated that Tomco are fully aware of the permit award and have been in regular contact with Red Leaf. He also confirmed my earlier thoughts on waiting till the 10 day appeal period lapses which he advised is 10 days not 10 working days, so lapses next Monday 19th March. Like he said it is just a formality but it is prudent to wait till this period lapses. Tomco will then release the news with Red Leafs knowledge. Happy? Unless Steve has got it wrong. .................... So yaris believes the mugs who jumped in when noli 'obtained' the news last week will jump in again when the news is announced officially? Dream on - those who have already bought will be poised finger on button to scamper at the first sign of a rise next week! Why should TOM share price go anywhere but down when they cannot even begin to think about making progress until Red Leaf have completed their full scale demonstration to prove they can actually produce oil from the rock at an economic rate! If you believe Liquid Millionaire, your lying pal, Red Leaf is about to have a $100m fundraising over and above the $400m JV with the major. Now I wonder why that would be? Could it be the major will only sign if Red Leaf put up the cash to pay for the demo run and then with the proviso that they will only JV if the demo shows the ecoshale system actually works and can produce at commercial levels? No major in its right mind would put up the cash for the demo! Anyone who believes otherwise must have no idea how business works! If this ecoshale fails to produce at commercial levels the cost of the demo will have to be written off and Red Leaf and of course TOM go bust! Perhaps Living Rivers know this and will not waste money objecting again as the whole thing will never get off the ground anyway! I predict that the next news will be Red Leaf are going to try and raise capital by a rights issue and no mention of either a major or Questerre getting involved at this stage! If a JV does get signed at this stage it will be on the terms that the money will only be invested if/when the demo is successful! Any investor with a bit of savvy will have to agree this is the only way forward for RL. yaris and his single cell pals need not reply as they are too dim to understand a simple straight forward business arrangement like the one I have outlined above! | harrissen

16/3/2012 08:12 | Liquid Millionaire - 29 Feb 2012 - 07:41:12 - 70341 of 70413 TOM The TOTAL deal is now signed!!!! but we are all awaiting the completion which is linked to the Red Leaf Resources $100M+ fund raise. Then the deal can finally be made public via various RNSs. .................... SKIDBOY10 DOESN'T BAN THIS LIAR or moderate him for using TOTAL's real name in a lying illegal ramp! | harrissen
15/3/2012 10:36 | New ramp is the news of the permit, when officially announced, will drive this up to 10p! But the news has already been unofficially announced and confirmed by TOM so where is the rush to buy? Trying to latch on to the coat tails of RL is a non starter the only folk gaining here are the day and short term traders they are doing nicely on the bonces but long term at this stage? forget it! The management will bleed this dry. They paid themselves nearly a half million in 'fees' last year out of the money raised supposedly for prep work on the site. they used more cash on their own 'fees' than they used on the prep work - go figure!!! And this year they said they will cut back on everything so they have enough cash to last them for 12 months - not on the management 'fees' though I expect! | brabazon3 |
